The Apartment

At Lowkl we strive to provide all of our guests with a clean, well designed, and useful apartment in a great location at an affordable price. We tailor make all of our units with your needs in mind. The apartment has a coastal designed and feel to it. As you enter the sundrenched living room, you will find a comfortable Sofa bed that can be used to watch TV, read a good book, or sleep additional guests if needed. We have a comfortable reading chair, and a work desk incase you need to work remotely. We provide high speed Wi-Fi and a large 50" HD television to watch your favourite streaming channels. There is a table for 4 to comfortable enjoy a meal.
The room is large and with plenty of natural light coming through the window. We have a 2 comfortable full size beds to enjoy a great night sleep with different options for sleeping arrangements and also a large closet to keep your room tidy and luggage out of sight. There is a 42" inch roku TV in the room to enjoy a movie before going to bed.
Our kitchen is older and small in size, but don't let that fool you :) we stock it well so it easy to cook all sorts of meals. The bathroom has some art deco vibes to it has some aged to it, but it is kept very clean for a comfortable and useful stay.

The Complex

Our units are located in a 45 unit apartment complex. You will get to enjoy fellow traveler's like yourself as well as enjoying the company of true locals. The complex itself features luscious and spacious garden areas with an amazing tropical feel to it. You will have access to our communal pool filled with lounge chairs to get some of Florida's infamous sun and dining tables to enjoy snacks or a meal poolside. There is a large parking lot with 1 assigned parking per unit, as well as additional guests parking. The complex also features a large laundry room that can be used all day l

When I saw the building I was concerned because it looks a little run down but the room itself was very clean and everything I needed. I’d stay there again.

General

The property manage was very nice…got us a few things we needed in condo that were missing. Would have liked heated pool and another lock on the inside of the condo but pleasant short stay.

Mother/Daughter Get-Away

The apartment was immaculately, clean and well equipped with everything we would need for our stay. The lock on our apartment door would stick occasionally, but the property manager helped us immediately upon our arrival. The Jensen Beach town was quaint and friendly, and we enjoyed a variety of restaurants while we were there. We even had the opportunity to hang around the pool one day when the weather was nice. The pool area was kept very clean and tidy as well. I would definitely give this property five stars.

Unable to use the keypad to enter. Not fixed entire stay. Bedroom lamp not working. Not fixed. Furniture shoddy and uncomfortable. Kitchen poorly stocked. No frying pan, no regular sized saucepan, no salt and pepper. No communication with management. The pool area was quite beautiful and well maintained. Otherwise the only good feature of the place was the location. Exactly where we needed to be. Not sure if I will use VRBO again

Short stay it’s finr

The inside of apartment was very clean. Beds were ok but pillows could be better. Kitchen cooking pans and dishes outdated and old but didn’t need to cook so it was ok. Also while they say laundry available it’s not in apt but in central location in complex. Picture of pool looks a lot nicer than actual pool. The exterior is tired and neighborhood is ok but close to Stuart Florida For our needs it was acceptable. Inside of apartment though was very clean

Our neighborhood is laid back and tropical. You will feel the sea breeze coming in from the intercoastal located a block away. Walk to restaurants, parks, and all things Jensen Beach has to offer. We are located one mile away from Jensen BLVD and downtown.
