Great place, great location, and the owner communicated well and was very clear. The location was perfect and easy to walk to all of our favorite spots in the neighborhood. We will keep this property on our list if potential repeat stays.

The location was great, the kitchen had everything needed. The only complaint we had was the couch was very stained and seemed dirty. We just put sheets to cover it and it was fine. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We come in from all parts of the country for a college reunion and fantasy football draft. There was great communication and the place was perfect for us.

Easy Check in and out. Very spacious and perfect for big families. Decent area with lots of activities close by. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay

Our stay was significantly disrupted by several unresolved issues. The listing advertised both internet access and a washer, but neither was functional during our stay. There were also not enough clean towels provided, and the home had a strong marijuana odor throughout.We contacted the host multiple times regarding these concerns and received little to no response. The advertised amenities were not available as described, and the lack of communication meant these issues remained unresolved for the duration of our stay.Beds were actually equivalent to camp cots rather than beds……Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

We rented this place for a bridal party during a wedding weekend. Overall, it was nice to have everyone in the same space, but the unit itself was lacking several things. There were not enough trash bags for garbage, there were 4 full sized towels for 12 beds and there was no shampoo or conditioner in any of the dispensers. There was enough toilet paper and small bars of soap but not much else in terms of toiletries. The kitchen area was relatively clean, however it was not very well stocked either and lacked enough utensils for everyone. There also isn’t an ice maker in the fridge or seasonings/cooking basics so we had to purchase ice, oil, and salt in addition to our groceries. There are also a lot of stairs to access the unit which might make it difficult to move a lot of things back and forth.Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again but it was definitely a unique experience in Soulard!

Great for the price

Overall, good quality for the price. The parking spot behind the building is nice since the street parking can fill up at night. Great location to get to places in no time.

Great Space!

Location was the key for this rental. So much was within walking distsnce, and had little problem getting around. House is large, clean and the beds comfy.

The house was represented well in the pictures. Everything in the house was in working order, plenty of beds if you have a large group of friends or a big family, and there was a lot of things to do within a short distance of the property, would absolutely stay here again. And the host was very nice and descriptive for everything. The check in/check out process was a breeze! The experience was a 10/10

Upon arrival, we did not notice the flaws, however throughout our stay, they became apparent. The showers did not drain, and one faucet did not turn completely off and the handle was broken. We did see a mouse in the kitchen, and the sofa was very stained. The kitchen was updated. The pictures on the listing did not match the current state - no rug or coffee table and the tv is now in front of the fireplace. The dedicated parking spot was nice. The furnace was extremely loud and had a screen in front of the furnace room but no door.

Great place

I took a bunch of teenagers to spend time in the city. This place was perfect for teens. They had a giant sleepover in the big room with lots of beds.

For what it is(the home being an old townhouse) and the area it was in, it was nice I was pleasantly surprised. I love vintage designs and older homes so it didn’t bother me as long as it is clean(which it was) and put together. Host was communicative and accommodating. I had a good trip

Nice little weekend getaway

The space was accommodating. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a very good location. Smelled clean and no hint of smoke anywhere. It was a great space for our needs.
