Operating and Short-Term rental - without the approved and completed short term rental form and valid owner business license. - 1000$ fine
Parking in a stall other than your owned stall
*Stall owners have right to call Calgary Parking Authority to ticket/tow violators - 250$ fine
Not notifying property manager within 24 hours of FOB going missing or stolen - 250$ fine
Unscheduled Moves or moves that exceed the max time limit - 250$ fine
Conducting any type of renovation without Board approval. The fines will be in addition to any costs to any damages - 500$ fine
Unreasonable odors, noise, & Nuisances that impact one or more surrounding units. - 250$ fine
