The space
Inside, you can sink into our big cozy couch and watch the latest Netflix releases on the smart TV while a fire crackles in the fireplace, or gather with your family and friends around the dining room table to play one of the many board games available. Our sunroom is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or curl up with a book basking in the afternoon glow. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, spices, and of course, coffee! High-speed wifi reaches every corner of the house, and two desks are available so you can spend a week or two working truly remotely.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms equipped with high quality memory foam mattresses (two king, one queen), and a full bath with spa shower and jacuzzi tub. For squeezing in extra guests you will also find a queen-sized blow up mattress that can be set up in the living room. For families, we provide a pack-and-play, baby gates and high chair upon request, and we’ll provide food and water bowls for your pup.

But you didn’t come upstate to stay inside - so enjoy our front yard, where you can rock on the porch while your kids play in the sandbox, roast s’mores by the fire pit clinking glasses in comfy Adirondack chairs, or enjoy dinner alfresco at our large outdoor table under the stars. In the rear of the house you'll find total privacy in our backyard, surrounded by two creeks that connect on the property, with a weeping willow tree standing watch. Don’t be surprised if you catch deer or wild turkeys roaming through in the mornings.

New for 2024, our garage is converted into a game-room, complete with foosball table and comfy lounge area with new flatscreen TV and wifi!

When you venture out, you’ll find award-winning wings right across the street at BVH, tacos and margs at the trendy Gas-Station Oasis down the road, or craft coffee brewed by local favorite roasters 2 Queens. The best summer activity is just a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk; floating the Delaware! If antiquing and fancy pizza is your thing, head 20 minutes up the road to Narrowsburg, or pop into any of the little Catskills towns where you can find distilleries, breweries, fishing trips, hiking or whatever you want to discover on your upstate adventure.

Please note that parties or large gatherings are prohibited on the property unless special permission is obtained. Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation are allowed.

Please make sure to ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER down the toilet. Even items marked as 'flushable' such as baby wipes should not be flushed as they can damage the septic system and cause major disruption to your stay.

We love pets and your furry friends are welcome. Please note that there's a max of 2 pets per stay, and there's a fee of $75. Should there be any accidents resulting in property damage, it will be charged to you after checkout and reported to Airbnb.
