The place was very clean and beautiful.The reception was excellent with food and drinks to give us a start. All was okay except the basement floor, which was a bit smelly and the washing machine which was broken.Insect screens would also have been nice to keep the mosquitos out.

I'd like to address the concerns you mentioned. Regarding the washing machine, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. As you may recall, when this issue was brought to your attention, we immediately offered you access to the washing machine in the connected villa K through the garage of Villa S, which we hope helped alleviate this inconvenience. Concerning the basement floor and mosquitoes, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Throughout our years of operation, we've maintained consistently positive reviews on travel booking platforms, with no previous guests noting any odour issues from the lower floor or concerns about mosquitoes. However, we take all feedback seriously and will certainly investigate these points to ensure they don't affect future guests' experiences. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're continuously working to improve our services. Luxurious home, great property management!

The home was beautiful and spacious, with plenty of rooms to give a large group privacy and all the amenities you need for comfort. Stavros went above and beyond answering questions and even booking a fishing excursion. The full kitchen and washer-dryer made traveling with kids much easier. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Would stay here again!

My family and I recently stayed here in the beginning of October. It easily accommodated all 10 of us. Our host Stavros was amazing. We didn't arrive at the villa until 2:30 am however he was here waiting to us. Not only was he there to give us the tour but he also left baskets of food , wine and a hot cheese pie cooking in the oven. Everything about this villa was perfect from the comfy beds to the great location. We all agreed that if we ever make it back to Crete we know where we would be staying. Thanks Stavros for making our time in Crete the best!
