The host was very responsive. We stayed for a concert nearby and the location was very convenient and affordable compared to other options nearby.

Only issue was no control of the climate control system. Got hot the final night. Other than that it was great. Enjoyed it and it was great for our needs.

Pros: pictures on vrbo are accurate except for some furniture that was moved around, nice neighborhood, location to Baltimore, spacious, hot water, nice toiletries, Cons: hard to check in due to dead bolt (the wrong key plus bad door,), bugs (we just bought a dozen donuts and within an hour the box was loaded with ants), mold in shower, you have a private entrance from the outside but there is also an open stairwell to the upstairs that was not secure (made us uncomfortable and they left this area out of the vrbo pictures). There are funky rugs/floors that cause trip hazards and the rug prevents at door from opening. Cold (I had to sleep in jacket), my wife found it dark and hard to get ready in bathroom, overall I gave this place 3 stars but it was uncomfortable enough that after our event on the final night we just wanted a good night sleep so we left at 11:30 pm and went to bed at home at 6 am.

Short and sweet

We stayed one night. It was good enough, a few tweaks here and there but overall I recommend this property.

Everything was great! Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the end table in the livingroom and nightstand in bedroom did not appear to have been wiped down. There was something sticky on them. And a minor oversight (becuase this should have been done by prior guest) was that the coffee pot still had a used coffee filter with grounds in it. But the pot itself was washed clean.Host was very quick to respond when texted. Very cozy place and quiet community.Maybe make a note to guests that the top stair from the basement is a little taller than the rest. I tripped a couple times lolThank you for a wonderful stay. If we are in the area again, we will stay here again if available. :-)

I enjoyed my stay! It was just me and I felt very comfortable, cozy and safe. The price was great and loved the neighborhood. Zara was great with communication!

Great area. Very close to Merriweather Post Pavilion where we were seeing a show. Easy to grab a Lyft to and from the show!

Very lovely stay. I was in town for a 2 day work conference. Great little space to relax in the off time. Zara was so quick to answer any questions. Loved the basement apartment! Beds were comfortable !
