Beatenberg beauty!

Booked this location for its proximity to the Jungfrau region - it surpassed all expectations. Nicolàs and Kristy have a beautiful home and the surrounding area is spectacular. Loved every minute, highly recommend!

Trip of a life time

This property is beautiful! All we can say is that we wished we could stay longer to explore the town and surrounding areas. Absolutely stunning views with the town of Interlaken right down the road. We will definitely be back!!

My daughters and I were extremely happy with our stay in this apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. There's a small grocery store steps away and the bus to Interlaken is across the street. (Just a note the bus only returns to Beatenberg once an hour after 5 pm and can get very crowded.) There's also a nice Cafe nearby.VRBO sent us the wrong lock box code but Kristen responded immediately to our call and gave us the correct one. Overall I would highly recommend this lovely apartment. Interlaken is a great hub for exploring this gorgeous country.

A lovely and comfortable chalet

We liked the decorating that was very warm and tastefully done. The hosts replied promptly when we asked a question. The view from the porch was gorgeous! It is a little further from Interlaken than we realized but the bus runs promptly and often. It ended up being a nice ride to view the valley.

My friend and I stayed at SUNGALOW for two days and it was enough to convince me that I need to visit this area of Switzerland again, and stay at the SUNGALOW. The photos are accurate but do not do the views of the area or the chalet justice. Both are superior to the photos. The charm and quaintness of the area and Chalet are beyond words...you need to be there to experience it. The cows in the neighborhood provided melodic bell ringing music during our walks in the morning. We visited Montreaux, Zurich, and Beatenberg on our trip and hands down prefer Beatenberg and this property above all others. You owe it to yourself to experience Switzerland as it should be experienced.Access to the property, communication and responsiveness of the owner, and cleanliness were stellar.
