Property was family friendly and perfect for our stay. It has dining seating for only 2 but advertises sleeps 6. That was not ideal. Would book again.

Property was very clean. Host was at the house on weekend working on improving curb appeal. On a very busy street with no sidewalks. Back steps were very steep. I suggested to them that a railing be added for safety and they agreed with me and said they would add. Fan in living room did not work without light being onOverall comfortable stay. Hosts were great! Plus checkout was a breeze. Not required anything but turnoff lights and lock doors.

Clean convenient home in a quiet neighborhood.

My family and I had a great stay here. The home was very clean and conveniently located. We were in the area to visit family, but we also visited Kannapolis and Patterson's farm which were both only a short drive away from the house. Michelle was great to communicate with. Super friendly, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We thought that we had a great and comfortable stay! It was clean. The bedrooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. We would like to have had an ironing board for ironing our clothes. More washcloths would be nice too. Other than that we had a great stay! It was perfect for going back and forth to the 3-day convention in Salisbury. Only 15 minutes away.
