Nestled on 3 acres of land, you'll find privacy and seclusion, making it the ideal destination for a peaceful getaway.

Guests can access the entire property including use of the dock and the platform island. Please keep the dock to small watercraft only, less than 20ft.

Please do not use the indoor fireplace!

Garbage: Located outside behind the cottage (Blue Container). Refer to our photo gallery for reference.

Instructions: Please only put garbage in the bin. It is a bear proof bin and must remain clasped shut to ensure not to attract wildlife.

Important note regarding Cancellation Policy:
3.9% of the total amount paid is non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs.
Check-in Rules:
- Check-in: 4 pm
- Check out: 11 am

Cottage Rules:
1. Maximum of 4 guests, additional guests up to 6 will be $40/night. More than 6 guests will result in you losing your security deposit.
2. Loud or excessive noise on the property after 11 pm will result in a fine.
3. Smoking inside the cabin will result in a $1000 fine.
4. 2 bags of garbage are permitted, additional bags up to 5 will be $10 per bag. More than 5 bags will result in a flat fee of $150.
5. Parties or gatherings of unregistered guests are not permitted.
6. No shoes in the cabin
7: No Day Time Burning Allowed by order of the Township
8. Please do not drive cars, ATVs, or trucks into the backyard area without permission.
9. Make sure to use life jackets when using Stand Up Paddle Boards or boats.
10. Outdoor security cameras in place for safety and to ensure rules and regulations are followed.
11. Campfires must be fully extinguished
12. No Fireworks


Cleaning Instructions:

1. Do not pour cooking oil, coffee granules or any foodstuffs down the sinks
2. Do not flush paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, matches, hair, grease, strong chemicals, etc.
3. Do not leave garbage outside as this will attract unwanted wildlife
4. Garbage must be placed in bin provided
5. Please try to leave the cottage the same way you found it.
6. Wash dishes before leaving.
7. Please take garbage and dispose into large bin behind the house.
(If the cottage is left extremely messy there will be an additional $150 cleaning fee)
