This is a brand new unit; light, bright with beautiful breezes! Fantastic location in the complex. Close to everything you want/need in Kihei! Gorgeous sunset views. Come be our guest and enjoy the comforts of being in Paradise!!
Aloha and welcome to PARADISE!!! This unit was gutted to the studs and completely renovated for your enjoyment. Beautiful `beachy` colors and furnishings to help you feel immediately comfortable in your temporary Maui home! This complex is perfectly located in sunny South Kihei, across the street from World Famous beaches, near restaurants, and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui’s beauty. You will find yourself just steps away from the beautiful Kamaole Beaches I, II and III, famous for their white sand & crystal clear water, making it easy to take an early morning swim in the ocean, beach combing, sunbathing, snorkeling, boogie boarding or other beach activities. Want to see turtles, you normally can off to the right of Kamaole I, where there is a coral reef :) It´s a short drive to numerous golf courses including Wailea and Makena.
This spacious 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished, with a beautiful kitchen, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, and everything brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and appliances you’ll need to create your favorite island meals. The beautifully tiled large lanai (porch) has some views to the ocean and of the expansive Haleakala Volcano which just glows as the sun rises.
Enjoy your coffee on the lanai while watching the ocean. Yes…it doesn`t get any better than this!
There is a Queen Bed in the master bedroom, as well as a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room, with a mattress that is as comfortable as a regular bed!
Also you will find an assortment of linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels. Beach chairs & boogie boards are stored in a cupboard on the lanai.
Our unit is far from the road and traffic noise. It is very quiet, comfortable, including air conditioning in living room as well as amazing ceiling fans in living room and bedroom that each move approximately 10,000 CFM!
Other amenities in the unit include WiFi, flat screen TV with a DVD player in the living room, a telephone with complimentary, unlimited long distance calls within the US, and a washer/dryer.
Kihei Ali´i Kai resort offers a beautiful large pool, hot-tub, dry sauna, full-sized gas grills next to the tennis court and next to the pool and Jacuzzi. Elevators are present for guest convenience (one elevator at each end of the complex), however this condo requires one set of 6 stairs to enter.
Come and enjoy our magnificent sunsets, gorgeous beach walks, quiet beach spots for reading or relaxing, whale watching during whale season, as well as birds and flowers that are found nowhere else in the world. You will also find numerous fine restaurants, bars, a health food store within the same block, ice cream shop as well as clothing and souvenir shops within walking distance. We are only 1 mile from the shops in Wailea.

I am extremely communicative with my guests and welcome all calls! I am always here to help make your vacation as amazing as possible :)
There are amazing shops just a couple minute stroll from this unit; bakery, restaurants, souvenirs, coffee shops, ice cream... so much more! It`s also across the street from Kamaole I Beach!
You could take an Uber or Taxi to this unit and have no car, but only if you don`t plan on checking out the rest of the island. Otherwise, I highly recommend renting a car. Kihei Rent-A-Car is a cheaper option that you might want to check with for discounts.
You will want to follow the map on the check in instructions because the complex is somewhat of a maze.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT –
1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Check-in time is 4 p.m. Hawaii time & Check-out time is 11 a.m. Hawaii time. Late check-out will result in an additional charge unless arrangements are made IN WRITING.
2. NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
3. NO PETS - Pets are not permitted
4. Hawaii State Taxes: the tax rate is always subject to change, by the State of Hawaii. We are mandated to collect these taxes and pay them. Therefore, if the tax rate changes prior to your dates of stay, we will need to collect any additional taxes due prior to your arrival.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation of a reservation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date may forfeit the full advance payment. Refund eligibility and processing times may vary depending on the platform through which your reservation was made (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct booking). that result in shortened stay or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We recommend trip insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or changes. If you are due a refund, a 9% fee will be charged due to credit card charges. A refund will be issued within 72 days (M-F). We have no control over the amount of time the credit card takes to issue the check.
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests for the agreed upon rate in this unit is four (4).
7. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time clean linen/towel setup. Maid service is available at an additional cost. If you are interested, please let us know in advance. However, laundry/dish soap and enough paper products to last a few days are provided. Guests must purchase additional paper products as needed but need not re-stock at check-out.
8. RATE CHANGES - Rates are subject to change without notice but will not be changed on any reservation already confirmed.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretenses of any kind will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. If discovery of false pretenses are discovered after check-in, party will be evicted without a refund of any monies.
10. PARKING – Parking is not assigned, but please go to the front desk to get your parking ticket to place in your car. If you arrive after the office is closed, no worries, just come back the next morning. If it’s a weekend, and the office is closed, no worries, just go in Monday morning.
11. RULES - In addition to the conditions of this Rental Agreement, guests are required to obey any rules put forth by the resort. Pay particular attention to the rules posted in the Pool area regarding food and glass.
12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Tenants shall be responsible for their personal belongings and agree to hold the Owners harmless for any loss due to theft, or damages to or by them while occupying the unit.
13. INSECT CLAUSE: Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth, and insects are a part of that system. We try to control this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. The most common pests that may find their way into the property include ants, small beetles, gnats, mosquitos, geckos, and even cockroaches. Naturally, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed while enjoying our island, but that will not necessarily eliminate all occurrences of insects. We do not offer refunds or adjustments for pest control issues. If you notice a problem, please call Holly so we can handle it.
By booking with us, each adult guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and will abide by the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement.
