This apartment worked perfectly for us for part of an extended stay near the medical center. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, easy parking etc. And a bonus to be connected to the Intercontinental hotel if you feel like a meal out. We’d stay here again for sure.

We had an excellent stay. The pictures were accurate. The apartment’s location worked perfect for us. It is walking distance from the medical center, Rice park and Rice village center (approx. 25 min walk), where there are stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive during our stay, answering our questions right away. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment! The whole building and facilities were top notch. The rooftop pool and evening views shouldn’t be missed. The place clean and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and they made sure we had everything we needed.

Very clean, as advertised with amazing view including view from pool on top floor. Host kept in contact and very responsive even during outage with water system in residence due to city construction. Definitely will be coming back.

We enjoyed that the apartment was within walking distance of MD Anderson. Although on the small side, it accomodated 4 adults just fine. Would stay there again.

We would stay again. Location is great for access to light rail. Unit very clean. Building amenities are well maintained. Photos are accurate. Rooms are small. Kitchen is adequate for preparing breakfast and finishing on premade items. Not equipped for a full meal prep.

The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient for us. The view was spectacular. AC was great. Wifi was great. Parking was secure. The host was excellently responsive to our questions and very helpful. Highly recommended if you need a place in the area.

The property was lovely, and the linens were excellent. Parking, check-in and communication were all great. However, I was disappointed that the kitchen was not properly outfitted. There were very few plates, bowls, and pieces of cutlery, which meant we had to either run the dishwasher twice a day or hand-wash dishes after nearly every meal. There also wasn’t a toaster and I needed to request a drip coffee maker.Before booking, I specifically asked the host whether the kitchen was well equipped for cooking because we were staying for a medical visit rather than a vacation and planned to prepare most of our meals. For that reason, I was surprised to find the kitchen so sparsely stocked.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind comments about the property, linens, parking, check-in, and communication. Prior to your stay, we provided a detailed list of everything stocked in the kitchen, including that the home is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker rather than a drip coffee maker. We also asked if there was anything specific you would need for your stay, but we did not receive a response. Once you requested a drip coffee maker and a glass pitcher after arrival, I was happy to have both delivered promptly, even though they are not standard amenities we provide. While I understand you would have preferred additional dishware and coffee mugs, the kitchen is fully stocked for a short-term apartment rental and is equipped to match the available kitchen space. We always strive to provide excellent service and appreciate the opportunity to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

The condo matched the description perfectly. It’s a beautiful and VERY CLEAN space. I tend to be picky about where I stay, requiring cleanliness and authenticity beyond just good photos — and this place exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with all amenities, and the host was very welcoming, accommodating my last-minute extension because of my visit to MDACC. Its location is convenient to everything. I rate this place 5 stars.

Condo is exactly as described plus the security in the building leaves you feeling safe in the middle of the city, although we walked around the city and felt safe everywhere we went. Conveniently located to hospitals, stores, restaurants and great walking paths.We will be returning to MD Anderson after the holidays and hope this condo will be available. This should be everyone’s 1st choice when needing to stay in Houston.

For clarity, the space is 1,070 square feet and is thoughtfully designed to offer both functionality and comfort. Our guests often appreciate the spectacular views, the access to the rooftop pool, on-site restaurant, concierge service and the full fitness center, all of which provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, we are located in the heart of the medical center, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. While I understand your concerns, I hope you might reconsider, as many of our guests have found our space to be perfectly suited for both short and extended stays.
