To ensure a seamless check-in experience, ONE Riverfront's required resort fee ($160.86 /night + $86.18 booking fee) is already fully included in your booking. While this fee is often collected at arrival, when booking with us you can simply pick up your keys and head straight into vacation mode the moment you arrive.

Our luxurious 4 bed, 4 bath single-level condo offers ski-in/ski-out access to Beaver Creek Resort via the gondola. Enjoy the ski valet, which brings your skis to your door. The ideal location, high-end design, and amenities make this condo unique!

Located in the heart of Avon, our One Riverfront condo, with its 2,204 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, is where luxury living meets unparalleled convenience. Ride the Riverfront gondola straight to Beaver Creek Resort for winter activities like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and more! The gondola still runs in the summer, allowing you access to seemingly endless hiking trails and beautiful valley views. Some popular summer activities include riding the bike path along the river or walking to Avon Lake in Nottingham Park for beach and water activities. This condo is truly a convenient location no matter what time of year you visit.

One Riverfront is the newest building in Riverfront Village along the Eagle River. The condo's stunning floor-to-ceiling windows allow guests to enjoy the views of Beaver Creek Mountain, where you can assess the skiing conditions from the comfort of this contemporarily designed, south-facing, single-level condo. One Riverfront provides more than just a home - it offers a lifestyle.

Amenities at the Riverfront Resort and Spa include Anjali spa and Riverfront Club workout facility, which offers a complete menu of spa services, pilates, yoga, a variety of other classes, and exercise machines, including a sauna and locker room. A 25-foot lap saline pool to enjoy, plus 3 infinity hot tubs to relax in, 2 onsite restaurants, including award winning Stoke & Rye Restaurant for happy hour or dinner. Access all of the amenities in the adjacent Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa, enhancing the experience with additional perks and services.

The resort offers on-site ski and bike rentals, a full-service business center, lobby check-in, and a happening lobby bar with live music and outdoor fire pits with amazing views. One Riverfront has the valley's newest rooftop bar, Lookout Bar, with panoramic views of Vail and Beaver Creek for après ski.

Riverfront Village charges a $140/night resort fee and a $75 Booking Fee for each reservation. These costs are NOT included in the reservation total and must be paid at the front desk upon arrival.
