This was an amazing stay , such a well kept place. Close to the strip and no problems with the area

Lovely Property

This is a wonderful place for a couple to stay in Vegas. It's comfortable and clean and located near the Strip. We'll stay here again.

This is the perfect little apartment- kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, plus laundry. Great location, gated community, quiet away from the road, faces the Rio hotel, great pool area! Has soaps, shampoos, all cooking things you would need. Host was awesome, smooth check in, had everything we needed and we loved our stay. That said, it is a bit dated and could use some touch up work, the bed is not the greatest, the couch can flatten into a bed of sorts but is very hard. However, for a short stay it works. Would have liked to have linens and pillow for the couch bed. Yes, we would stay again.

The condo was exactly what we needed. Not far from the Strip, great amenities on the property, well decorated and stocked. It is a 3rd floor walk up, which wasn't ideal, and the bed was quite firm, but overall, it was great for a quiet getaway. The host was quite receptive as well!

Nice quiet condo convenient to casinos and the freeway. Gated front drive for a little extra comfort. We will return here again.

Location is great. The property is nice and clean with a well appointed kitchen.The onsite gym and pools are added benefits.The host was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would look to go back again.

We had a great stay! Spacious apartment with a great view, especially at night. We loved the convenience of having a full kitchen and the swimming area is gorgeous! We thought the location would be more walkable to the strip, but that was our mistake as to not understanding Vegas layout. In the end it was very convenient to uber where we needed to go and the bus stop was also very close. We didn’t have any laundry soap or dish detergent, which wasn’t a huge deal, but we would have used the dish washer and laundry if we’d had the soap. Overall a pretty incredible value for all you get!

Excellent Host Communication

We did not actually stay at the property, but the property owner was very good and communicative about working with Vrbo to ensure that the visit was cancelled and credited properly. The cancellation had nothing to do with the property itself, it's just that we found a property that fit our needs slightly better.
