This well-appointed and well-located rental house is a gem!  It is beautiful both inside and out with many thoughtful touches.  The ability to use the garage spaces is a nice bonus.  It was easy to reach from the airport and close to stores, downtown and attractions.

Pleasant Stay

We had an easy and pleasant stay at the Tikitime house. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and pool morning and night! They are very responsive!

Everything was great. Home was as represented in pictures. Close to everything we were looking to do while we were there. Pool was excellent. Well stocked home and pool toys. Would stay again.

Tiki Time

Our family loved our recent holiday weekend at this special property. It was very clean, well-stocked, and equipped with all the toys for my grandchildren to enjoy the pool. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

Great relaxing retreat

This is a welcoming space equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway. We appreciated how secure the space was and the fact that we didn’t need to leave once we were settled in. The home was very clean and well taken care with thoughtful touches such as all the kitchen supplies, books and games.

The house was very well maintained and was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful! We loved spending time on the patio and the pool. Its location is convenient to the airport, downtown, and hiking trails. We loved the Mountain View’s and backyard landscaping. Management was very friendly and responsive in answering any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Palm Springs.

The property is very nice. Kitchen cabinets are kinda falling apart, but everything else was fine. Nice addition was pool floaties.

The location was perfect fo a Palm Springs visit however we were in the direct path of planes leaving the Palm Springs airport. Always a constant jet noise inside and out.

Best 4th of July getaway

We had such a lovely time staying at this tiki house. We loved seeing all the Disney themed photos, the Tiki themed photos and overall best vibes. The house was perfect for four adults and two children. We had enough space to have loads of fun, take some time to relax and enjoy each other’s company inside and outside of the house. Very family friendly community. We give this house two thumbs up and have it bookmarked for our next stay!

Family Palm Springs Vacation

Great house! Comfortable beds, clean and well appointed kitchen & baths. The pool & spa were such a delight to relax in after hiking & exploring downtown!Only issue, ice maker wasn’t working. So, no frozen Margaritas in their fantastic Marg Machine! Regardless would stay here again!

We arrived after dark on check in day. When I opened the drapes when we woke up I was stunned by the incredible view of the mountains. The house was everything I could have asked for. Very clean, we'll stocked kitchen, backyard was amazing. I could go on and on.

My son and I (and his cat) enjoyed a very relaxing 4-day stay here. The backyard is just perfect for whatever you wish to do, lounging, swimming, dining/barbecuing outside, etc. The pool was wonderfully refreshing and spa so relaxing in the evening. Everything here that we needed. Nice and roomy throughout from kitchen to bedrooms. Of note, being in the path of the airport takeoff was not a big deal for us and never disrupted our relaxing time here. I have recommended it to family.
