We loved this stay, it was quiet but close to downtown. Beautiful building and room, they had a beautiful full kitchen which made things so easy.

It was a lovely apartment with a dishwasher and a washing machine. It was roomy and nicely furnished, and it has a homey feel. The buildings will be my first choice every time I visit OKC.

This property had everything we needed, and was well located near the Paycom Center and the Oklahoma City Memorial & Museum. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. We also appreciated the security measures to get in, and the covered and secure parking. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great Location

We loved our stay at this lovely little apartment. It was within walking distance to downtown and the Memorial Museum. It was in a quiet area and was well stocked.

The apartment was fabulous, very clean, parking was great. Communication from the owner was spot on. The hairdryer was great - good to have a decent hairdryer. Lovely soft nice towels. Highly recommend.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe, secure, and cozy for our weekend. Our favorite place we walked to was Harvey’s Kitchen and Bakery. It was so delicious! Thank you!

Great stay

Nice roomy apartment. Once you navigate the locked gates and doors, if is very easy to get into and out of the building. The gated, covered, lighted parking area was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood with great restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Extended stay in Midtown OKC

We were moving from out of state and had a little more than a month between selling our home and for our new home to be ready. We decided to spend this time having an adventure in a trendy urban area of OKC. The apartment is conveniently located to lots of restaurants, bars and activities. We appreciated the king bed (it said queen on the listing)! Thanks for making our transition home easier!

I am an interior designer and work with an urban re development group . We have re purposed, re imagined several historic properties as well as new infill construction in OKC's downtown area. We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This building had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years when we bought this building at a sheriff sale in 1997. Midtown was a blighted desolate area of Oklahoma City and all the bankers had red lined the area for investment.
It took many years to put together financing and the Historic tax credits were of major benefit to restoring this beautiful building. It reopened in 2007 and was a major kickstarter to the vitality and the further investment of the Midtown Renaissance.
