Located in Fredericksburg, this historic lovely house offers 2 bedrooms with a king and queen. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi and AC during your stay. We are located on Pedernales River and have walking trails to River. Enjoy feeding and petting our goats and chickens. Farm fresh eggs, homemade buttermilk syrup and other amenities provided. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We loved our stay at the Quiet Guest House! Everything was exactly as stated in the description and perfect for our needs. Sharon was accessible, if needed, and the breakfast items were an extra bonus to enjoy. Feeding the animals was fun, however sitting in the hot tub at night looking at all the stars is not to be missed!We will certainly check availability here first next time we visit Fredericksburg!

Beautiful home and property. It was so fun interacting with all the animals. The home is very clean and cozy. Sharon was wonderful and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly. My mom and I hand a wonderful time and will hopefully be back soon!

Everything was perfect about our stay. The property was exactly as described. It was a farmhouse located on the host’s property and was around 5 minutes from Main Street in Fredericksburg. We fed the chickens and ducks and took the trail down to the river and the scenic lookout over the river. We didn’t use the provided breakfast but it looked delicious. We had zero issues and would happily book again!

Wonderful stay at this very quiet and comfortable cottage on a ranch. Enjoyed interacting with the goats and chickens, and visiting the Pacific War Museum and shops in downtown Fredericksburg. Our host, Sharon, was very responsive every time I had questions. Thank you for the most relaxing and enjoyable long weekend!

We enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg very much! This house was so cute! Well taken care of, clean, and very well appointed. The hot tub was hot, the beds (a king and a queen) were comfortable. And we had everything we needed! Its just few minutes outside town and easy to find.

Cozy farmhouse and very neat decorations from the time period. Great river access and very enjoyable and relaxing stay overall. Also super close to Fredericksburg to do stuff in town.

The whole experience was amazing. The host was extremely kind. The amenities were outstanding! We loved the quaintness of the facilities. We couldn’t say enough about how great the stay was. We will be back!

Hot tub was great! Very relaxing with nature all around. House was well cared for. Very clean. Host very nice and always answered quickly. She provided fresh yard eggs, pancake mix and homemade syrup for breakfast. Located short distance from Fredericksburg and Lukebauk. Great way to spend our 50th anniversary!

This was my second time staying at the farmhouse. It’s very clean and cozy and in a great location to everything we wanted to do and it was fun feeding the goats and chickens. Sharon is a great host.

Nice small farmhouse. Very interesting history with a fun photo book. Conveniently close to downtown, yet still can see the dark sky at nite for great star gazing. Short walk to a fishing hole at the Pedernales River. The host left farm fresh eggs and homemade pancake syrup for some great breakfasts!
