Our Favorite Things About This Home:
So much thought and detail went into making this home enjoyable for our guests. The high-quality furnishings throughout, the stylish design, the fully stocked kitchen, and much more! You will enjoy the ample seating on the front patio space as you enjoy the lagoon and the hot tub at the house’s threshold. Wander over the wooden walking bridge to gather around the communal fire pit, shared by both homes on the property, and take in the expanse of nature around you! This property is only a 13-minute drive to Downtown Chattanooga for some of the city’s most popular attractions and eateries! Not to mention, Whitewood is located just minutes from The Venue at Wildwood and The Valley Venues wedding venues.  Please note: There is another tiny home on the property called, Blue Spruce which is shown in photos on this listing and the campfire pit that is across the lagoon is a shared space as of right now between Blue Spruce and Whitewood. Home Layout:   As you enter the home, you will be greeted by an open-concept living area and kitchen with beautiful modern finishes and vaulted ceilings. The natural light pouring in through this home will amaze you! The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and medium roast coffee will be provided. Just off the kitchen area is the laundry station as well as the entrance to the gorgeous full bathroom with a standing tiled shower. Next to the bathroom is the cozy bedroom with a King bed and modern canopy style bed frame, as well as a large screen TV. The double doors in that bedroom allow you to access the patio from this room. In the living room the couch bed folds out to be a comfortable queen size sofa bed.

Things to Know About This Property:

1. Please note: There is another tiny home on the property called, Blue Spruce which is shown in photos on this listing and the campfire pit that is across the lagoon is a shared space as of right now between Blue Spruce and Whitewood.The hot tub at Whitewood is private and is not available for Blue Spruce guests. 2. No pets are allowed in this home.
3. Maximum amount of parking is 3 cars.
4. There is a train that runs nearby the property so you may hear it periodically during your stay. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms!

HOT TUBS:  Please advise! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it’s some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations.  If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us.
