My favorite thing about the Cinco de Diciembre neighborhood is easy access to the best of Puerto Vallarta: Great restaurants and cafes within 5 mins walk, beach 5 blocks away, Malecon 10 mins walk away, Zona Romantica 15 mins walk away, airport 20 mins drive away. You are so close to everything, without the noise and crowds of Zona Romantica
