Renovated 5-bedroom house in Minneapolis, Richfield.

Bring the whole family to this wonderful home. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was completely renovated in 2024. Located near the Minneapolis/St. Paul international airport and the Mall of America and centrally located to everything the Twin Cities has to offer. With over 2300 square feet, this home is perfect for families, group trips and professionals. This house feels very spacious with a large eat in kitchen, living room, large family room with a wet bar and mini fridge. We are pet friendly. The back yard is fenced in and there is a large patio with a table, chairs and a Blackstone grill. Whether you are visiting for sporting/tournament events, concerts, shows, weddings or in town for work, you will enjoy this wonderful home. We are only 10 minutes from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport and 5 minutes from the Mall of America. Easy access to many attractions in the area. State Fair grounds, US Bank Stadium, Xcel Energy Center, Target Field, Target Center, Allianz Field, The Ordway Theater, Orpheum Theater, State Theater and all Universities. Multiple restaraunts, bars and pubs are near by. In the winter you can enjoy ice skating, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. We provide a starter set of paper towels and toilet paper.

This is NOT a party house. No party events allowed. Please respect our neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. We have a security cameras mounted on the exterior of the home.

Clean, comfortable and spacious home. Nice patio in the back of the house and a fenced in backyard. Communication with David was great. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of silverware, plates,glasses and pots and pans. Being able to use the garage is a plus. Nice neighborhood that is easy to get to and close to IKEA and Mall of America. Great place to stay in.

This property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family’s needs. It is spacious— with five roomy bedrooms and two walk-in showers for elderly parents, a large kitchen for cooking and gathering. We loved it! It was super-clean and warmly decorated. I felt like I was walking into a friend’s home. I would come back in a heartbeat. Our host was very accessible and helpful. This is a top tier property at a great price.

We came with our kids for a national tournament the house was impeccably clean and our host was very quick to respond with any questions. Great neighborhood and close to everything.

Awesome home! Great location for us, close to a lot of our interests. House is clean and well stocked with quality items-David doesn’t cheap out on supplies. All bathrooms stocked with hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Extra blankets and pillows available too. Loved our ladies retreat here!

Our stay was amazing. House is just like the pictures listed. Clean, plenty of rooms, driveway was clear of snow and it was nice to have a garage to park in.

Really enjoyed our stay here! There were six of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. The house had everything we needed (and plenty of it) for our group over the Thanksgiving holiday. Location was perfect for shopping with quick highway access.

Other than it being hot the first night it was a great stay! There was 10 of us and accommodated all of us nicely. It was stocked with enough dishes and utensils to serve everyone at one time unlike other locations we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!

David is an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host. The house is beautifully renovated and had everything we needed for a mini-family reunion and wedding week in Twin Cities. The kitchen everything required for family dinner preparation, and the layout allowed folks to be in upstairs/downstairs configurations. The double washer-dryers permitted us to return home with everything freshly laundered. Food stores, Interstate routes, easy access to airport all much appreciated. We look forward to staying there again should we have another reunion like this past week! Thank you, David, for providing with a beautiful and comfortable place to attend an important family event.

Cutest home with all the amenities we needed.

We stayed 5 nights. We were able to do some quick shopping the night We arrived. The house was ready for us. Owner was supper nice and quick to respond to our questions.
