Should you encounter any issues with the keypad, rest assured, an emergency lockbox is available for your use. For enhanced security, the lockbox code is updated after each use.

The second bedroom features two full-sized beds and access to a separate hallway bathroom with a nice size tub. Each bedroom includes a Smart 43” TV, allowing for personalized entertainment.

We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar, and a welcoming snack for your first day. For extended stays or personal preferences, you’re encouraged to bring additional supplies.

Our home is in a nice community with amicable neighbors—some of whom have pets you might see around. Please note, that our community is currently enhancing its amenities, and you may notice construction activity during your visit.

While pets are adored in our neighborhood, our home maintains a strict no-pet policy due to severe allergies. Additionally, our space is not suitable for hosting parties.

**No smoking/vaping in our home= $500 fine
**For makeup only use makeup towels that are provided. Please DO NOT use the white towels for makeup removal. Violation incurs $15/Towel, $10/Washcloth & $10/Hand Towel. Thank you!
**Bathroom: Do not flush sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels, or diapers. Flush toilet paper only. If damage occurs you will be charged the plumbing fee.
**NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
-A violation of this rule could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
-A $100 fee will be charged for each additional guest per night, which is not included on the original reservation.
Remove all food out of the fridge when leaving- **Take all trash to the dumpster ($75 charge if the team has to do it)
** Place dishes in the dishwasher before leaving.

**We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind and will not ship them to you, so remember to take all your belongings.

**Security: For the safety of all, security cameras are installed outside the front and back doors of the home. Tampering with the security system or door locks will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Guests found in violation will ask to leave the premises at once, and no refunds will be given.
