The house was wonderful inside and out. Very grateful for a wonderful host. It was perfect for our 2 families with young kids. The video game machines were not quite calibrated, but our kids liked pushing the buttons. We had everything we needed for a great week!

The house was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. There was plenty to entertain everyone from TVs in each room to books to video game consoles, a nice backyard with playground equipment. Even a small backyard grill. My only complaint would be with the cooking equipment. Only cast iron skillets and no spatula. We managed anyway and had a good time.

I think the house was the perfect size for our family of 10 visiting to go to Disneyland. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, however, the cleanliness factor was an issue for all of us. There were cockroaches, crickets, ants, and spiders everywhere. We had to go out and purchase raid. One of the bathrooms has mold growing under the wood floors and on the linen baskets they had for dirty towels. The bedding didn’t seem like it was changed in many of the rooms. There was hair on the sheets in both the king sized bed rooms. The ice in the ice machine was yellow and had bugs in it. We also couldn’t wash the sheets because the washing machine was full of mold and stunk. The house didn’t have any cleaning supplies, had to purchase a broom and a few other things. I personally would not rebook this house for my family.

Difficulty with communication leading up to the trip. The host sends you a link for payment directly and it took several times of reaching out to get that completed. Upon arrival we had electrical issues- no lights in one of the main bathrooms, microwave & washer/dryer didn't work. Several light switches were hanging out of the socket. They sent someone out the next day but we spent 24hrs without the use of a main bathroom and we had 8 people trying to share the other. The washer & dryer never worked so we weren't able to do laundry like planned. This house needs a lot of TLC- all the baseboards are banged up, just looks run down but it's a Disney house so somewhat expected as we assume kids usually stay there. We picked this house because it was close to Disney & had a swing set for the kids- so that was really the only positive.

The Host never sent the check-in instructions it took me an hour to get ahold of him. I messaged him about one of the mini splits HVAC units not working in the main part of the house and he never replied back. The house is large and spacious, the arcade games advertised never worked properly so we couldn’t use them.

This was a great property for our extended family. We were in town for a nearby college graduation and the location was perfect for all the various graduation activities. The house is spacious so that everyone could be comfortable. The communication with the host was great -- he was very responsive! For the price, the accommodations are well worth it.
