Welcome home to Seaside Village. Our beautiful apartment and townhome community nestled in the heart of Galveston, Texas. We are just a short trip from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark, the Pleasure Pier, the Strand, fine dining, and abundant shopping. With nearby Gulf Freeway 45 and our central island location, your commute will be the last thing on your mind. Come enjoy Galveston Island in your spacious stress-free vacation rental! This is not a party place and no events are parties, loud music or intrusive behavior will be allowed.

Our expectations are high and it’s truly important to us that all of our guests have a wonderful experience and stay.

Our VRBO has recently been updated with new mattresses, new pillows, updated furniture, new accessories, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator and dishwasher, new light fixtures, new ceiling fans, new paint and more!

This is a beautiful condo is on the second floor and is a townhouse so there are stairs. There is no elevator access and I just like to put this out here because some of the ratings that I have received as a four were only because it was a second-floor apartment with stairs and they did not see it in the description so I have added it in multiple places. It is not handicap accessible.

Nice but carpets and mats need cleaning

We only spent 2 nights pre-cruise. At booking and 10 days before wanted confirmation of air mattress and linens -no response. Called 5 days before call not returned, called again 2 days before and confirmed. Upstairs perfect. Downstairs carpets and mats disgustingly dirty. Too cold to use beach gear but umbrella broken and chairs rusted out and patio chairs broken. Glad we didn’t stay a week

Wonderful property

Check in and out was a breeze, beds were comfortable, appliances worked properly, and the property had everything we needed. Make sure you bring your own spices and things like foil, but basic dishes were perfect for our needs. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We are so thankful to have this condo for our friends wedding weekend. The condo was gorgeous. It was accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was also very clean.

5 Ladies and a trip to Galveston

Family get away

Over we had a great time, checking in was a little rough because i was unable to find the instructions from the host/property manager so i messaged them and they were pretty rude at first. Eventually theg resent the instructions to get in a d after that things were fine. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again

Great Condo

The condo was great, no actual big complaints other than the beds not being very comfy. Other than that the place was good, the pool was nice, and the location was superb.

Fantastic beach condo

The place was very spacious and clean. It was an easy walk to good restaurants and the beach, especially with the little wagon available. We had all the amenities we needed and really appreciated how thoughtful the host was. All the little things that are easily forgotten were provided like detergent, paper towels, and soap. They even gifted us with k-cups. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Wet vacation stay

No fault of the facilities,but the weather was rainy. Our only complaint was the pool closing so early in the day. One of the reasons for our booking was the pool.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to complete our stay as the hurricane took out all the power, but for the brief time we were there, the unit was very nice, cleanly and as advertised. The host was very accommodating to the situation and worked well to resolve it with us. We truly appreciate it, despite the unexpected situation.

Such a Great Getaway!

The property was beautiful and so was the condo! The host kept very well communication during Hurricane Beryl, and was very upfront and honest about the possibilities of needing to cancel. We ended up being able to go, and had the best time! So clean and nice.

Comfortable and Welcoming Seaside Hideaway

I found the apartment to be nicely appointed and welcoming. The layout was nicely decorated feeling light and airy. The overall impression was a clean and nicely furnished place to stay. The complex was busy but not noisy - a pleasant space. Its closeness to the seawall and eating establishments made it an ideal place for exploring Galveston as well as enjoying the beach. I would definitely recommend the seaside village apartments and plan on staying there again. Thank you for such a nice place to rest and stay.

First weekend of summer…

Good location. It was behind a strip center and was tricky to find initially. Kids loved the pool. Must have pool bands on at all times. We had no need for the property manager. We did have a question for owners upon check out and had a late response; however, this did not impact our stay. Overall, we enjoyed mornings at the beach, fishing lessons at Galveston Island State park and evenings at the pool or playing put-put. Beignets at Gumbo Finer are a must and we enjoyed breakfast and Shy Katz.

Seaside Village is a small complex in the best location. Not only are you within walking distance to the beach, your favorite restaurants and shopping... but you can enjoy a front row seat to events like 4th of July Fireworks and Mardi Gras.

This VRBO has been here for some time. We as new owners of the complex purchased in November 2020 recently took over. We have done a ton of updates to the community as well as the interior of our VRBO. Our fabulous new pool was just remodeled and all new pool furniture.

As an independent owner/operator we take pride in our communities and rentals whether it be short term or long term. Communication is key and we want all our guests to have a wonderful experience.
