Great stay

This is a lovely spacious villa. My husband and I booked the villa mainly for the outside space and for the price, we couldn't have found anywhere better. Fransisco was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly. We would stay here again.

Wonderful villa in a great location.

My husband and I have been to Mallorca many times and like to stay in different places on the island. This villa was wonderful. Exceptionally clean, in a great location and in a quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors and lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The owner Fransisco was very helpful and friendly. Many thanks indeed.

beautiful setting

This was our 2nd stay and we certainly hope to visit again. January is a good time because everywhere is quiet and not crowded but there is still plenty to do and see. It is in a peaceful setting and the views from the roof terrace are spectacular. Several restaurants are open in the surrounding towns so there is a choice. The train from Sa Pobla to Palma is an easy and regular service. The Caves of Drach and Lluc monastery were lovely and not busy. We were lucky to have 7 sunny & warm days out of 9 and the conservatory on the villa remained warm and we only had the heating on for a short time on 2 evenings. The new TV & channels were a bonus as we prefer not to drive at night along the narrow roads surrounding the villa. All in all, a wonderful holiday to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Thank you Francisco and hope to see you again.

Lovely spacious villa with large plot in a quiet area very near Pollenca

We, 4 adults aged 32 to 68 years, rented Can La in early May 2018 for 10 days. The booking, deposit and final payment were perfectly. The owner, Francisco Rodriguez, visited us shortly after arrival, lovingly instructed us on the benefits of Can La and answered the open questions we had. The villa Can La is quiet and located on a large plot. Despite the early season we were able to use the pool. The living space of the villa is generous. For 4 people there are 2 large areas (live, sleep and shower) which are separated by a large kitchen. However, we mainly used the light-flooded summer garden. Everything was perfect; but the kitchen equipment needs little more cooking utensils. About the final bill we have agreed before departure with Francisco. The payment of the balance of the deposit was received already 3 days after our return. We were completely satisfied, can recommend Can La and would book this villa again when staying in area of Pollenca. Karin, Maike, Ole and Uwe

Sweet Private Familly House

Tolle Woche in Can La
