1/1 Bedroom with amenities like AC, coffee and WiFi, This property is located centrally just a few miles from I-4 with Disney World and Busch Gardens Tampa is only 45 minutes away in either direction and Legoland less than 20 minutes away. Great local restaurants and grocery stores within a short distance. The 1/1 is a separate entrance and private. There is covered parking . In the backyard, we have a laid-back view of the lake—gentle waves lapping at the shore, warm sun on the sand. As the sun sets, the sky fills with golden hues, and birds flutter by. It’s the perfect place to relax, maybe toss a line in and catch some fish—just a simple, peaceful escape.”

This is a two unit duplex style property. I didn’t see that anywhere on the site when I rented it - but it’s a great little place!! We will stay there again! This is the smaller of the two. If Mike to rent the other half sometime to compare.

Very nice house, quiet street, comfortable bed, and great host. Day one the air conditioning was not working and Don was on too of it immediately, even offered a refund, was fixed the next morning. Everything was great.

Within 6-8 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. The space is clean and comfortable and our host was very thoughtful! If we make it back this way, we would stay here again

We absolutely loved this little hidden gem! It was perfect for the weekend! I was down for my son’s wrestling tournament and he got to fish right out the back door in the evenings! And the view is perfect! The host was super friendly and attentive! Highly recommend this place! We will be staying again next year!

We had a great stay and Don was awesome to work with. The one surprise was not being able to control the air temp in the house. Don was very gracious every time we reached out for adjustment but we hated to keep bugging him.

Host was very accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood was a bit unsettling.The bathroom and entrance way need a little TLC. Overall, the house was clean and suited our needs for the weekend.

I thourghly enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful, relaxing, and very quiet. I enjoyed seeing the little alligator swimming in the lake in the morning. I will definitely be staying here again on my next vacation. The apartment was very clean and cozy.

Bathroom sink slow to drain. Unable to locate hair dryer (which was on list of supplied appliances)Kitchen fully equipped (did not use the dishwasher as we ate-out most of our meals)--we received a email that there was a message from our host on our way to the property, but the VRBO site was not letting us access the message. I don't believe this was the property owner's problem.
