Now you can! The Wharf is just a short boat ride away. Want exciting night life? Cruise to the Flora Bama for live music, or grab a World famous cheeseburger at neighboring Pirate's Cove. Bring your boat and you will find paradise just off your private mooring and private dock. A Public boat launch is less than a mile away.

Pull under the house and step foot into the mud room area. Leave all of your troubles in here. Just a few steps to the second floor, and you will enter into a spacious, large open cooking, dining, and gathering area. The balcony and the view are perfect for coffee and cocktails. There are three bedrooms and 1.5 baths in this area. The washer and dryer are accessible from this floor. Take just a few more steps to the third floor, and you will enter into 'space heaven'. Six more bedrooms, four additional bathrooms, and a second kitchen and great room lend itself for multi-family gatherings. This is an even better view of sailboats and sport fishing boats.

Activity, activity, activity! This is the 'Snapper Capital' of the World. Deep sea and sailboat charters are readily available. Inshore day fishing charters are available for plenty of specks and reds. Motor boat rentals and dolphin cruises are literally at your back door.
