This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is perfect for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests. Wake up to beautiful water views and explore the charming shops and restaurants along Queen Anne Avenue.
We provide contactless keyless entry. You can connect with us on the platform and are able to assist you with anything you need. You can also call/text us or we can also call you if there are any issues. Have a wonderful stay.

With tree-lined streets and breathtaking views of Elliott Bay and the Seattle skyline, this neighborhood is perfect for those who appreciate both nature and city life. Additionally, it’s just a short walk to Kerry Park, one of Seattle’s most famous attractions. West Highland Drive is truly a special place to live!
Full access to the entire home includes the front door to the garden and the back door to the courtyard.

**Top Floor: Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms**
**Wake Up to a View:** The primary master bedroom features a cozy king bed and breathtaking views of Elliott Bay. It offers a comfortable seating area by the two-story-high ceiling, along with a new bathroom installed in 2025.
**Relaxing Outdoor Spaces:** Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chair porch, unwind in the peaceful yard, or take a quiet moment on your private deck.
The spacious second bedroom has amazing views from every angle and includes a small private deck.
The small third bedroom comes with a bunk bed (twin over full).
**Second Floor - main floor:**
This level boasts a large living space with a smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
**First Floor - lower level:**
The first floor includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one flexible room with two twin beds, a seating sofa, and a smart TV. Additionally, there is a new bathroom installed in 2024.

**Parking Garage Information:**
The parking garage can accommodate 2 small cars or 1 standard-sized car. It is located on a lower street between 8th Ave W and 9th Ave W. To reach the parking garage, travel on Olympic Way W and turn onto a small street after passing 8th Ave W, just before reaching 9th Ave W. The garage will be on your right. You will need to walk a fewer stairs up and the house will be on your left.
The GPS normally directs you to 8th Ave W, you can park along that street. From there, you will need to walk downstairs to reach the house, which will be on your right.

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip linens from all used beds
Place all used linens and towels in a pile
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
