Welcome to your serene getaway! This modern retreat features brand new furnishings and amenities, designed with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the tranquility of the private yard, complete with a firepit, cozy patio seating, and enchanting outdoor string lighting. Relax to the soothing sounds of the peaceful water fountain while you unwind in this calm and serene haven. Your perfect escape awaits!
The space
- 2 Bedroom & 1.5 bath house with private patio/yard, dedicated driveway/garage (1 spot each) with free street parking
- Ring camera on front door
- Super fast fiber internet (500 mbs)-
- Central AC/heat
- Both bedrooms equipped with queen bed, standing adjustable desk, chair, and closet space
- Bath has shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tub style shower.
- Living Room has 65" inch smart TV and bedrooms have 50" inch smart TV
- Full Laundry located in garage
- Kitchen has brand new stainless steel pots & pans, French press, airfryer oven, electric kettle, salt & pepper, spices, and cooking oil
- Outdoor patio seating/dining equipped with umbrella for shade and string lighting
- Firepit with lounge chairs
- Lemon tree located in the backyard on the side available for picking!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and yard patio.
Other things to note
This house is part of a duplex but has separate entrance and private yard with no shared spaces except the driveway. The other half of the duplex is occupied by a family with 2 kids. My home has one dedicated driveway spot and 1 dedicated garage spot for you to park.
