This unit is located on the second floor of a three-unit building. Guests have exclusive access to the entire floor, including a private rear patio/deck area. Please note that access requires climbing two sets of stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges.

➤Check-in: Flexible after 4pm

《 RESERVATION POLICY 》
We require the primary guest (the one making the reservation) to provide their government ID prior to check-in. Please be aware that we strictly adhere to the building policies and stay requirements for the safety of other guests and the community.

《 NO PARTIES》
There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

《 PETS 》
➤Animal photo is required. An additional $150 (USD) cleaning fee is required due to additional work for the cleaning crew. Breed restrictions apply. Pets must be registered prior to check-in. Evidence of pets unregistered pets will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.

《 NO SMOKING 》
Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》
All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》
Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.

《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》
Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.

《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》
Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals.

《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》
Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.

《 GARBAGE 》
Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the outdoor bins. Recycling and Garbage must be separated accordingly. Garbage is picked up weekly on Tuesdays and Recycling is picked up bi-weekly on Tuesdays.

《 LIGHTS 》
Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.

《 SHOES》
Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.

《 CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 》
➤Please place all dishes in the dishwasher to avoid attracting ants. If you could start the dishwasher, that would be very helpful.
➤Please place all used towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
➤Please throw all waste away prior to check-out.
➤We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.

《 KEYS 》
Check-in is via Smart lock with keypad. Any lost keys will be subject to a $150 fee.

《 PARKING 》
Parking available behind building. Additional street parking is available.

✦《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》✦

Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48-hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.

All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.

Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard-working cleaners to compensate them for the last-minute changes.

We do not allow mail or package delivery to our listing address for short-term stays. This is due to our inability to accept responsibility for locating your package or for any items that may be missing or damaged.

Best Pittsburgh stay yet!

The 2nd floor unit was just lovely! We booked it to be able to visit family and host a Thanksgiving meal. It was spacious and beautiful, with exposed brick in almost every room. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking, and we were able to have a meal for 8 people! Each of the bedrooms was large and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with our host, Rob, was easy to work with and very pleasant! He made sure we had what we needed and answered every question quickly.

Convenient Neighborhood

We enjoyed staying in this restored three bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The kitchen was great for preparing food when we hosted our nephews for dinner. There was plenty of room to entertain, and two bathrooms came in very handy. Parking in front of the house was easy when there was no parking spot in back of the house. We really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and looking at all the huge old houses. We were able to walk to a wonderful cafe called Commonplace.

Amazing space

We had a wonderful weekend in this awesome rental. The space was even better than expected. The beds were super comfortable and the living area was a great set up to eat and hang out. The location was perfect and a quick walk to eat and shop at Bakery Square. We will most definitely be back!
