Unwind in Grand Rivers at this lovely house. Whether you are looking to enjoy boating, shopping, fishing, hiking, or many other activities nearby, this is a great place to stay. This is a great location for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Within a couple of minutes, you can find Patti’s 1880’s Settlement, Green Turtle Bay, Village market grocery store, Between the Lakes Tap house, and so much more.
November to January enjoy the festival of lights. You are sure to get in the Christmas spirit while visiting during this time.

Overall a great experience, kitchen appliances were new and we'll kept, kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor grill could have been cleaned before our rental period. Huge amount of spiders/webs outside the home, near doors/exits and outdoor porch/deck area. Would definitely stay again. Just a friendly reminder for the price, the little details stick with you the most.

Great Location!

This is the perfect spot to get to everything near Patti’s and Green Turtle Bay. The house was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean!

We enjoyed our stay here, perfect for a family of 4. Great location to visit Patty's and we also went shopping at downtown Paducah. And it was clean!

We loved our stay at this property. The house is beautiful and homey. A very clean and well kept home. It was perfect for my husband and I for the weekend to celebrate a family wedding. I would gladly stay at this property again if I am back in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. You also have easy access to some downtown attractions. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Family weekend

We met family from out of town in the Kentucky lake area and chose this pretty place, great location, 1/2 mile from Patti’s settlement,and groceries, newly renovated, three bedrooms, beautiful decor. Fully equipped kitchen!! Outdoor seating on a side deck was a great spot to visit and view deer visiting behind the house!! Great weekend spot! Excellent communication!!

Comfortable, nicely updated, basics provided

We were surprised how well this older home was updated. So pretty and functional, with a lot of attention to detail. Three decks to enjoy! Basic items were provided, even 2 bags of ice in freezer. The only negative was that the front door and kitchen rugs were bad tripping hazards, so I put them out of the walkways during out visit. A quiet neighborhood, so the number of loud kids should stay low. Hope to stay there again
