This spectacular cottage offers everything you need for an escape and connect with nature away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life without missing the essentials of home, with it's tasteful finish of natural hardwood throughout giving you that unique and comfortable cabin feeling with a modern twist.

For those who are not quite ready to disconnect completely, there is unlimited WIFI with a 65" screen Smart TV for your entertainment at the cottage.

The views around are breathtaking any time of year but are especially so in the Fall within the mixed forest. Make sure you bring a camera when you go for a walk – you might just see some of the wildlife that calls our neck of the woods home!

Lots of room inside and out

The kitchen lacks essencials eg. no coffee maker etc. The mattresses are uncomfortable. unveuncomfortable

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing in terms of basic amenities. There were no towels or paper towels provided, and there was not enough toilet paper for the stay. There were also no garbage bags or blankets available. These are basic necessities that we expected to be provided, so this made the stay less comfortable and convenient than expected.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points regarding the concerns mentioned in your review. As clearly stated in the listing, towels and blankets are not provided, so guests are expected to bring these items with them. Regarding toilet paper, our standard practice is to provide 2–3 rolls at check-in, which were provided for your stay. The house rules also clearly state that guests are responsible for managing and disposing of their own garbage during their stay. If there was any uncertainty about what was provided or required, I would have appreciated the opportunity to clarify this piror your stay. As with other guests, you were welcome to reach out to me at any time with questions or concerns.

Wonderful cottage for wonderful weekend

We went up to Vijay and Priya's cottage to have a reunion of old friends and we all loved the place. It's clean, big, well kept, and has all one needs for a cottage weekend. The BBQ and patio was especially nice. The rooms are big and fit easily 9 adults. The couches are super comfortable. The place is easy to find and with the LCBO and grocery store not too far, we were never short of supplies. Highly recommend!

Awesome cottage

Really big and comfortable house that will fit 9-10 people. Everything is clean and organized. The owner is nice and friendly! And It was a great trip!

Fantastic cottage!

If you're looking to get some R & R or to hike and explore, your search stops here. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous! It's modern, spacious, private, clean and just a short drive from Toronto. Our host Priya was awesome! She was extremely helpful and responsive. There are lots of lakes nearby where you can go to fish or simply to relax. The nearest grocery store Foodland stays open till 8pm on the weekends which is very convenient. Overall we had an amazing weekend and look forward to staying here in the future.

Great Place for a Cottage Getaway

Drove up there with a bunch of friends for the long weekend. The place was extremely clean and both the interior and exterior are beautiful. The cottage is situated on a big lot with lots of room for outdoor sports and activities. The owners are friendly and are always willing to help you out with any questions you might have. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to getaway for a while with family/friends.
