The home was clean, bright and well stocked with kitchen items to make preparing meals easy. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. Location was great, close to everything and we even watched the fireworks right outside our door! We had 7 adults (1 teen) staying and had plenty of room to spread out. You will not be disappointed, already planning to rent again next year.

So sorry your wife had difficulty with the steps as she has Copd. We are fortunate that there is a landing in between the steps as opposed to being straight up. Most people enjoy being on the top floor as you don’t hear any noise from the condo below and you also have vaulted ceiling that are an extra plus. We appreciated your kind review on the decor and cleanliness etc.

4th of July Week 2024

The condo is beautiful. The stairs are a killer for me and my sister. We are 65 & 66 with bad backs. I'm glad family was there to help us with our packages. Not far from the beach or boardwalk. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice roomy spot for 2-3 families small families. Owner was very prompt with any concerns/questions. Even went out of his way to fix something small the same day.

Very happy with this condo and the owner’s responsiveness. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely not hesitate to book here again or if you are considering this condo to stay in. Convenient to beach, boardwalk and our event. The only suggestion I have is the kitchen could use another frying pan or 2 and a few more larger cooking utensils (large spoons, spatulas etc). We cooked all week and had to improvise with what was available to use (but this is an easy fix and by no way a negative). Also, we came from out of state and had no idea you can’t park over into the sidewalk at all. I got a ticket for doing so, so just a heads up to park side by side if you have multiple cars. Again, not a negative to the condo/owners but rather just a friendly heads up to save anyone else from getting a ticket. Overall, A!
