Great Place To Stay

We rented this house for our wedding for the bridal party to stay in and it was perfect. Mike was in the perfect amount of contact and the instructions where clear. There was everything we needed and the place was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for housing visiting colleagues

5 colleagues from across the US were in town to visit HQ. Booked this house and it was perfect in all aspects. Liked it because the house and property were great and all 5 had their own queen bed. Would definitely book this again

Large house with lots of space

Frequent communications with owner, very large house with a ton of room for a large group. Was a bit sparse on supplies (especially toilet paper), but enough to get started. Would rent again

The property was perfect for our group who were in town for a seniors hockey tournament. The property was clean and lot of sleeping space and adequate dishes and cookware to make some meals. We appreciated we could use the garage for parking along with a decent size driveway. Mike was quick to answer any quetions we had before arrival and once we arrived and booking & payment process was smooth with VRBO/Expedia. We would rent this property again if we are in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. It was perfect as for us as a large group visiting Kitchener to play in the KW Oldtimers hockey tournament. Mike and Sara were very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. The house is well taken care of, the beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with the basics we needed for the weekend. (shower towels, tea towels, sugar, coffee, paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher tabs) There is a nice open concept kitchen dining/living room that accommodated our group of 12 well. We had everything we needed for cooking breakfast (adequate dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery & frying pans etc). We were out for lunch and brought in food at dinner b/c of the hockey schedule. I'm sure if we are back in Kitchener we will stay here again! We did need an extra parking space b/c of our large group but it was easy to go online to the City of Kitchener website to request a "parking exemption" for overnight street parking. You do need to specify the license plate of the vehicle parking on the street. Thanks again Mike & Sara for being great hosts! Cindy B - Kemptville, ON
