Perfect for families and groups, this inviting 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. The thoughtfully arranged sleeping options include a king bed, two queens, two futons, a crib, and two sets of bunk beds—making it ideal for both adults and kids. One bathroom features a luxurious jetted tub, perfect for winding down after a busy day.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, and iron. Kids will love the main-level toy room, and everyone can gather upstairs for movie nights in the bonus room with a full movie screen setup.
Cook with ease in the fully stocked kitchen, then head outside to the fenced backyard where you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and semi-covered patio—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Grilling utensils are conveniently located in the kitchen drawer below the coffee maker, and the outdoor grill is easy to use with propane provided.
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, the home is within 2–3 miles of grocery stores, restaurants, Costco, a movie theater, and The Village outdoor mall. A nearby park offers a playground, basketball and pickleball courts—and we’ve even included paddles and balls for your use!

To use the grill, turn on the propane and press any grill knob while turning it until you hear a click. It may take a few tries to ignite. Grilling utensils are located in the kitchen drawer beneath the coffee maker.

The hot tub is available for your use at your own risk. Please be mindful of noise if using it early in the morning or late at night, as the home is in a residential neighborhood. Be sure to respect the space and the neighbors during your stay.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. Had plenty of room for everyone. We had seven people with us. It had a great table to play cards on. We loved our stay.

Great communication, clean, and comfortable
Great hosts! They were very accommodating. House was clean and comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and in an ideal location!

Host was a great communicator. The house was outstanding for our family stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. House is well stocked, beds/pillows are very comfortable and house is spacious.Really liked to firepit in the backyeard. Kids loved the projector room upstairs. I would highly recommend and will stay again on future visits.

We enjoyed our stay, owner's were excellent in communication and available to help out when we needed with the hot tub. Which we definitely enjoyed after a long day out to the lake which was only 45 minutes away! Plenty of amenities from coffee to games, we even put a kiddie pool out back for the little ones with their permission. Perfect place for our families to stay while in town for our gathering

Family vacation
10/10 has all the amenities plus some. House was very clean. Beds where very comfortable.The amount of towels was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay-cation
The property was great. Our granddaughters really enjoyed the toys and the separate room for them. Melissa provided very good communication. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing House!
This house was perfect! It’s very spacious and clean. It also has everything you’d need and even a play room for kids. The backyard is amazing. Hot tub, BBQ, pit door seating and a fire pit. I highly recommend this house! I will stay again!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while we visited some long time friends. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, movie room, playroom, hot tub and snacks! This property really thought of everything and has you covered! We enjoyed it so much that we even invited our friends over for a hot tub-pizza-movie night instead of going out! 5 stars just aren’t enough! Everything was amazing!

First Choice!
This is the second time I’ve stayed here with a group of friends. I brought my 4 year old the first time and she was ecstatic about the playroom, toys, games and hot tub. We stayed for 3 nights each time and totally utilized this house for a fun and relaxing time. The backyard was nice to hang out and BBQ, a big take that we could all eat dinner at. It’s always sad to leave this home . I wish we could stay forever!

Perfect home for large family gathering. We had a family wedding in town and used the house as a base for family an friends. The rooms are large, bathrooms are good sized and the house is generously equipped w everything you need. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings. Location is convenient and the home is exactly as described, EVEN BETTER!! The gathering spaces in the home are large and oversized, beds are comfy, the property was clean and well maintained. The host was easily accessible, even when the coffee maker decided to quit, she had a new one delivered to the door within hours. Would def return!!

I love this neighborhood and the city of Meridian. We raised our three boys here. We lived in this home for 10 years until my boys all graduated from high school. My husband and I moved and now live in our forever home. We are about 7 minutes away from this home.

Our movie room makes our house different. Great sound quality and a 140in screen makes you feel like your in a movie theater, but actually comfortably relaxing without the sticky floors and leaving the house.
