The rental is close to Condado, Old San Juan, and Isla Verde Carolina. The closest places to the rental are: Miramar at few steps the Food Truck Park, Scooter and Bike rentals at the corner, Conservatorio de Musica, Walmart Super Center, Pueblo Grocery Shopping, Fine Arts Miramar (theater), Walgreens Pharmacy, Casinos, The Port of San Juan, Condado Lagoon Beach, water sports rentals, good restaurants and you need to explore the endless possibilities of entertainment that lay in Distrito T-Mobile, as example Toro Verde Urban Park, Coca-Cola Music Hall and others. In Old San Juan area you can find many history places as example El Morro, Fuerte San Cristobal, La Fortaleza, Parque Las Palomas, Paseo La Princesa with live music on weekends, tours in Helicopter, and Luis Munoz Rivera Park with many activities during the whole years by season. Also, Ferri from Old San Juan - Catano where you can take the Bacardi Distillery Tour. You’ll love my place! My place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Also, if you are coming from far to attend social events you can stay in our rental that is close to many amenities.

The apartment is located beside the Cosmopolitan Condo and close to the Condado Lagoon. The rental is in a 2rd floor where you can see the Condado Lagoon from the open and safety balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious living and dining room, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has a balcony and reserved parking. A/C unit are in each bedrooms. You can't get a better location.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything simple from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was also well stocked and easy to use. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we would definitely come back.

Unit is very spacious, I traveled with a friend and we each got our own bedroom. There is plenty of space for bigger travel groups. Unit is a ten minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and bars on the Condado strip. Host communication was great, would 100% recommend the stay.

Sam was AMAZING. We ended up being delayed and got in really late. He stayed up so he could help us get into the unit, and kept checking on us throughout the stay to make sure everything was okay. My husband surprised us and ended up coming down, and Sam was more than understanding and welcoming.

Nice place near Condado

Excellent location, Condado lagoon to the north, the murals of Calle Cerra to the south. Parking in front of the building, off the street.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our week here. We would definitely book again, Sam was extremely friendly and helpful. It was in a great spot close to several places to eat, close to the lagoon. Overall very happy 😃

Great location!

This place is in a great location walking distance to food, bars, night life, beach and more. I stayed with a group of friends and we were so close to everything we needed! Mr. Sam was a great host and always answered any questions.

Good place to stay before cruise

We had a little trouble with the locks but the Manager was very patient and guided us through it. The food at the food trucks a block away was wonderful!

Great location

We lucked out, Mr. Sam's apartment was perfect for our stay. There are air conditioners in each bedroom, which was great, but opening up the apartment durning the evening let the breeze flow through and it was comfortable. This location is perfect, i felt like it was centerlly located to get around easily.

Good location

The location is good. Close to a small supermarket and several mini stores all walking distance. The Walmart and mega shopping mall are close also but you may need an Uber or taxi - cost about $6. This place is not in the best of neighborhoods but it’s located in an area where you can meet some locals.

First Family Vacation

It was a wonderful stay in San Juan Puerto Rico. The property manager was very attentive and fixed the Internet when it wasn't working. We didn't have the view that we were expecting but we weren't at the property enough during the entire trip for it to really matter. We were in walking distance to the night life and beaches and all the activities we had planned. It was a wonderful vacation!

Easy and convenient

Stan was great giving check in and check out instructions. The apartment was clean and has AC in the two bedrooms which was really nice. The apartment is on a side street from the main strip and was littered with trash along the sidewalks. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for when staying in San Juan for a couple days before going on a family cruise. Would stay here again.

Family vacation

Mr. Sam was nice. No ac in room where third bed was located. A lot if morning construction. Overall stay was satisfactory.

Thank you for staying with us! As the advertisement says this rental have just 2 bedrooms and both have A/C. And we are remodeling a new unit in the back of the building during the day that don’t have the same entrance, for soon to be a new unit that we will going to rent and that one will have A/C in the whole apartment. We are looking forward to have more rentals. So contact us in future vacations; we will be happy to welcome you and remember soon we will have that rental with A/C in the whole apartment with new furniture. So keep in touch because our location is wonderful: walking distance from Condado area (Casinos, Beaches, Museums, Parks, Cruise Port, Ferry, Train, Bus, Convention Center and the Laguna with water sports as well as Old San Juan and Isla Verde). 7 miles away from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport and 3 miles from Plaza Las Americas, the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean and the second largest in Latin America. Close to grocery shopping, Marshall, restaurants, theater, the Convention Center where T-Mobile and others great area are… Ask for recommendations or places and we will guide you to make your time in PR a great stay.
