Bunk Room: Perfect for families or groups traveling together, this room features two sturdy bunk beds (top full bed, bottom full bed) with its own private bathroom.

Throughout the home, you’ll enjoy the warmth of floor heating (A/C on the top floor only) The inviting living room features a stunning gas fireplace, creating a snug ambiance that’s perfect for cozy gatherings after a day of outdoor adventures.

Enter through the stylish mudroom, complete with its own gas fireplace—an ideal space to kick off your gear and warm up while you unwind. This thoughtful addition is perfect for preparing for your next adventure or simply enjoying some quiet time.

🔪🧑‍🍳🧊🍷Gourmet Dining Experience:
The dining area is a true highlight, boasting a full bar for entertaining guests, along with a wine cooler and ice machine for your convenience. Whether hosting a festive dinner party or enjoying a casual meal with family, this beautifully designed space sets the stage for unforgettable dining experiences.

We have a DOGS ONLY Policy for this home.

1. **Allergies and Comfort** Many individuals have allergies or sensitivities to pets, and we want to create a comfortable living space for everyone.

2. **Property Maintenance** Pets can cause wear and tear on the property, which may lead to additional maintenance costs.

3. **Noise Control** Pets can sometimes create noise disturbances that may affect the tranquility of the community.

4.**Dogs ONLY**
We are excited to welcome your dogs but unfortunately cannot accommodate any other pets. Please be sure to disclose EACH dog`s size and breed, as this information is necessary for insurance purposes.
We have a policy of $500 PER DOG, PER STAY, with a maximum of two dogs allowed, each weighing 60 lbs or under. We want to maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone, so please remember to pick up after your pets. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fine, and we definitely want to avoid any additional fees! We also impose a $500 fine for undisclosed dogs. The first day pet fee is included in the booking (ABB), you will be charged $500, per stay, so, the additional days will be charged, and a stripe link to remit remaining balance. The second pet fee will be sent via stripe (If Applicable), you will be charged $500, per stay, so, the additional days will be charged.

We understand that pets can be beloved members of the family, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.

**Important Parking NOTES**

**Important Notice:** This charming mountain home is located on a hillside, complete with an inclined driveway. We make sure to plow the driveway daily; however, it can become icy occasionally. During snowstorms, 4WD or AWD is essential for safely accessing the driveway. We encourage you to exercise caution while navigating and remain vigilant for any ice that may fall from roofs, patios, and other surfaces. Thank you for your understanding!

STRICT parking policy. A maximum of three cars are allowed. One in the garage, and two cars parked side by side outside the garage. NO OTHER VEHICLES ALLOWED. Our neighbor is awesome, and we CANT block his driveway whatsoever.

Additional Parking:

Down below on Vail View Dr. You`ll see two white signs with arrows and you`re free to park in between the signs. You must MOVE your vehicles every Monday/Friday morning before 8 am. This is for snow operations!

BUS STOP 1:

Is down on Vail View Drive. There are two stops. One with a dedicated bus stop enclosure just left from the bottom on Sandstone Dr/Vail View Dr. Go left at the bottom of the hill towards to the east about 100 yards.

BUS STOP 2:

Go down to Vail View Dr. Go right, walk down 100 yards (past the last parking sign) and you`ll see a Bus stop across the street. Stay adjacent to that bus stop directly in front of the condos. The bus will stop to take you to an Epic ski day! You`re the Sandstone Bus route. (Purple)



Convenience is at your doorstep with easy access to public transportation just steps away from the home. Additionally, Lionshead Village is only an 10-minute walk away offering an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

***Important Note***

Please be advised that for safety and liability reasons, no external Airbnb guest services are allowed inside our homes without prior written consent. This policy is in place to protect everyone involved. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Parking is available for one car in the garage, and two additional vehicles may be parked side by side in front of the garage. Please be sure not to block the entry driveway or the neighboring house. Thank you for your cooperation!

Convenience is at your fingertips with easy access to public transportation just steps from the home. To catch the Sandstone Bus Route (purple), simply turn right from the house towards Vail View Drive, where the bus stop awaits to take you on your adventures.

**Please note:** Walk down the driveway, turn left, and head towards Vail View Drive. Turn right and continue to the bus stop located on the opposite side of the street. Wait for the bus to arrive, and then cross the street. Remember, there is no designated stop on this side of the street.
