We had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home! Everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared and provided for us. The property was very clean, and the linens and towels were fresh and spotless.Paul was an excellent host—very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated his attention to detail and hospitality.Thank you, Paul, for hosting us and making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

This apartment inside a home, was perfect for a co-worker 4 day stay. The place was extremely quiet inside. The surroundings felt safe for two older women. We even walked the trail next door to the house. It was easy to find, and easy to move around the area. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and looked just like the pictures. There were so many extra little items in the apartment for those who stay there...nice touch! It was a bit chilly inside but a sweatshirt, took care of that. Paul, the host, was such a pleasure to interact with. Definetly staying here on my return to Canada from Hawaii. Aloha

My team and I travel to film national golf tournaments and needed a comfortable stay and to recover after long hours on the course. This place was not only clean, it was quiet, and an early morning sauna session became the daily routine. The host left more than enough clean towels and even left snacks, extra toiletries and made sure we were fully accomodated - better than a hotel experience, and what staying at a VRBO is all about. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Quiet location

Overall the stay was good. The owner is very accommodating. Kitchen a little light on supplies, but workable. Washer/dryer onsite 👍 Be careful if you have mobility issues.

Everyone enjoyed their stay in the accommodation. My family came from the warm country of Philippines. Keeping the place warm all the time, made it more homely for all of us. Thank you.....

Beautiful location

Nice stay. Plenty of room. Host communicated quickly whenever anything came up. There is a nice walking trail behind the property which was a pleasant surprise. Only complaint would be that we weren't able to control the heat which made a basement surprisingly toasty in late fall

I had a great stay here with 5 others and the rental was perfect for our needs. The location had very good nearby (walkable) grocery and food options, and the neighborhood was peaceful and well-kept. We don't have very many complaints about this place, so we are giving it a 5 star rating. A couple of items to keep in mind if they are important to some people:- The bedrooms are relatively small, so the beds themselves take up a large amount of space. Because of this, there is little room for luggage other than the closets, so plan accordingly. This didn't bother us as much since our items fit fine in the space.- The kitchen doesn't have knives or scissors, so plan to bring your own if needed- Paul is a very accommodating host, so never hesitate to get in touch with him if you need anything Very comfortable stay overall!

Thank you, Mr.Paul Henry for a great stay. The house was spotless, and your thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Beautiful, clean and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday. The view from the property is stunning.kid friendly lots spaces for playing. Felt like staying in luxury hotel. This was my first time booked a property I was impressed. It’s was very easy to communicate with the Host so friendly.

Gorgeous

First of all, pulling up to the house itself was so impressive my teens thought it was a castle! In a quiet cul-de-sac, parking was easy & pre-assigned in driveway. Walking into the suite was exactly as pictured - super clean, modern and classy. We were in town for college tours so location was perfect for us. Not only was communication with Paul (host) fast and efficient, he offered rides to and from the airport, truly going above and beyond. Would definitely book again!! Thank you!!

Amazing Property!!

We stayed at this property August 2-6, 2025. The space is incredibly comfortable and clean. We loved the modern look of the space. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Paul was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The bathrooms were well stocked with TONS of amenities. We all loved how soft and plush the bath towels were!! The house was super convenient to shopping and transportation stations. We were able to take the bus or train into Toronto each day with no problems. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen was really nice with plenty of glassware and dishes. We also did not use the laundry room but a full sized washer and dryer are available and laundry products are provided for your use. The wi-fi was very reliable and fast - which was a plus for our group because we are all technology driven. I would stay here again without any hesitation!! Thank you Paul for providing a great space for us to stay in while we were on vacation!!

Robert was the perfect host. He accommodated our needs and various requests through out the stay. The property was in tip top shape and impeccably supplied, with extras that were above and beyond, when compared to other properties that I have stayed at. The property is conveniently located next to a walking trail, stores, restaurants, the airport, and highways for quick transportation to Toronto.I would highly recommend this property to anyone and will definitely stay again should I return to Toronto.

This property was incredible and suited our needs perfectly!It is a very modern space and beautifully decorated. We were provided with everything we could have needed!We attended a World Cup match and getting to the stadium using public transit from the property was very easy.Paul was in constant contact with us, which was so great!This is a fantastic property in a beautiful neighborhood.Many thanks to Paul!

The space is lovely and Paul is a thoughtful, responsive host. Easy drive to the airport and Toronto. The space accommodated our family for a wedding nicely! There were many welcoming touches like basic toiletries, bottled water, coffee pods and creamer that made our mornings seamless! Beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy :) We enjoyed watching a movie together in the large sectional after the days activities!
