The house was clean and comfortable. The host added many nice touches such as muffins, snacks, and ample coffee! There’s plenty of room as well.

I will definitely return to this house on a return trip to Simpsonville. It is clean and exceptionally well-equipped. Communication with Lauren was outstanding; I felt very well taken-care-of. The location is quiet and safe, and it's easy to get to good coffee, ice cream (!), and groceries. Thanks to Will and Lauren for a relaxed, comfortable stay.

Lovely spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow with everything needed for a short or long stay.Everything was clean and well supplied. We communicated with the hosts and were pleased with the quick response. The area offered a beautiful park and local restaurants and were close to other areas of interest and shops.

Spacious bungalow close to the main downtown with quaint shops and lovely park…and close to strip with many popular stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the back deck with lovely weather. The house was well stocked in kitchen and baths. Communication with host was easy and quickly responded to. Made for a lovely extended stay.

The location was perfect — easy to get around Simpsonville and Greenville. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like being at home.The host was very communicative and thoughtful throughout our stay. The welcome treats and beverages waiting for us after the drive were such a nice touch, and having coffee and all the fixings available was greatly appreciated.Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay in Simpsonville. Highly recommend!

This house was a delight! It was adorable, clean, the bed was very comfortable and the host left a fabulous welcome basket with a the perfect set of snacks and a wonderful hand written note. Everything was well marked and the hosts left little above and beyond toiletries treats. We definitely plan on staying here next time we visit!!

Renovated bungalow walking distance to downtown Simpsonville

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The host was extremely thoughtful on her welcome packet, house hold items, and snacks. This is a newly renovated home great for families with young kids.

I would have given it a 5 star except the kitchen and dining area was very cold Maybe a apace heater will help for the winter timeEverything else was great

Wonderful

I have never in my life stayed at a rental that was so well thought out. Every detail was meticulous and calculated. From the labels on the switches and outlets, to the kitchen supplies and extras, I was so impressed! Cleanliness 10/10. Ease of check in 10/10. Will absolutely stay here again if visiting the area.
