Very cozy, very clean, everything we needed was there and it was a very short drive or walk to go get anything else we needed. Mike was very responsive and helpful when I had any questions, overall a great stay and will look to this rental for future stays!

This was an ideal stay for us when visiting Taylor University. It was just 15 or so minutes from campus and situated in a cute, historic town. We took a walk around downtown and the nearby neighborhood and park in the morning and loved its quaint feel. The apartment was much bigger than we expected. We stayed with all of our kids and enjoyed the space.

Nice location close to Taylor University.. Very firm bed with a window in the bedroom that really could use a bling to not let the light in.. Other then that it was a good stay..

I cannot say enough good things about Mike's Main Street apartment. His communication was excellent and I checked in just as directed, smoothly and efficiently. The apartment is very clean and comfortable: from relaxing sofa/movie recliners to a Roku selection for TV. A perfect location for the event on Main Street that I attended Thursday and Friday. If you want the best place to stay in Fairmount, Indiana, look no further! Thanks, Mike.
