They did not have parkibg for my trailer on tell the 2dat if are stay. I had to pay 125 for parking for my daughter that came for 2 todays 1 nights. Had to pay 125 for my parking stay.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to deal with unexpected costs and parking arrangement, especially when trying to accommodate a visiting family member and park a trailer. Clear communication upfront is incredibly important to us and that is why we notify our guests of all special parking situations and fees through the Vrbo property details and descriptions and our rental agreement. We will review the reservation entrance fees charged with Venture Out and notify you if there is any discrepancy. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Birthday trip

Very happy with our stay, very clean and host was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed the amenities, we brought our boat down and it was great having it docked out back. We look forward to coming back and would rent this place again.

Only complaint is there is zero green areas for dogs and although it’s pet friendly, all common areas are no pets. Great stay otherwise

Only negative was several of chairs on porch were ripped. Everything else was great.

Everything was great. Location perfect and service was tremendous. Highly recommend. Only negative was check in process at Venture out was cumbersome and their fees are ridiculous.

Beautiful View

We loved the property so much that we barely left it. The view from the porch was the most peaceful serene view.

Super cute and comfortable. View was wonderful morning and night. Amenities were awesome. Pool was gorgeous. View from pool was just as amazing. Store on site but the cottage had all we needed. Awesome to just jump in our boat right there at our own dock. We will be back!

Nice but one (bunk) room is where the front door is. and no grass outside for dogs. Also no dishwasher. No toiletries provided. Docking boat is a separate fee. I feel like all this info should be listed. Otherwise it’s a nice spot for boating and is clean.

The sliding door handle was broken off. The wall where the electric socket is soft abd the maintenance man said it needed to be replaced. They did come out and fix it.

The fee of $125 was not only in the listing description before you booked this home, but you also signed the rental agreement and initialed right next to this acknowledgment of charge as well.
