Welcome to our cozy apartment, just steps from the beach and fantastic restaurants. Perfect for sharing memorable moments with family and friends. Enjoy the sun, sand, and local dining spots, making your vacation truly memorable.

Our apartment is on the second level, with a balcony where you can enjoy views of the beach and the sunset. It features air conditioning in all rooms and the living/dining/kitchen area for a comfortable stay. The living area is ideal for relaxing after a beach day, and the fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals.

The apartment includes two parking spaces within the property with a gate at the entrance. Alternatively, you can use the spaces for one car and a jet ski.

We had a wonderful experience. The place is clean and well kept. The communication with the host was excellent. Thanks to her we were able to find the place because the GPS kept taking us somewhere else. The location is so close to restaurants, bars, the beach and little shops. We loved the place and had a great family time.

Fantastic place to relax with family. So spacious and close to the beach, kiosks, music, restaurants, and nightlife.Two parking spaces were a pleasant surprise and needed. Our family really enjoyed staying here and plan to come again and recommend. Some suggestions: A spare key in case the group needs to branch out and a pedestal fan for the living room for when guests want the view and natural light from the windows during the day without having to close everything up for the air conditioner. Thank you!🫶

Location is steps from restaurants, convenience stores, and several beaches. Wilmayra communicated with us in advance and on the day of check in for a smooth stay including how to find the apartment and where to park. Beach towels and toys were available to borrow and fun family games for the evenings were available as well. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable!

A perfect spot to sit on porch with our morning coffee and enjoy the water view. The sunsets from our perch were amazing. Very cute apartment, decorated with lovely accent pillows and very comfortable beds and linens as well as fluffy towels. Wilmayra, our host answered all our questions prior to our visit and was easily reachable. If you are searching for a low key spot to enjoy beautiful Combate Beach, this is the spot for you.

Beautiful Apartment

It was exactly as described. Close to the beach, beautiful views, and very clean. It was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We will stay again if we are back in the area.

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean and stocked with basic necessities. Just a few walks away from the beach.

Our stay at the beach house was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the reservation process to check-in, throughout our stay, and even during check-out, everything was seamless and well-organized.The property manager was highly communicative, attentive, and responsible, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The beach house itself is ideally located—just a one-minute walk from the beach in a safe and desirable area.The home was spotless upon arrival, and all amenities were in excellent working condition. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants and souvenir shops within close proximity, which made the experience even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this property. You will not waste your time or money—this is a place you will truly enjoy. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

Clean, great apartment

Apartment was clean, spacious and great for our family of four. Near the beach, and a mini market. Some restaurants not open during week, which was expected. Convenient to our day trips. It does get noisy at night, as another reviewer said. We brought earplugs and were fine!

The place was very clean. Parking was great. The location is perfect -close to everything! A few reasons why we gave it 3 stars. There was not an unobstructed beach view as in the listing. You cannot have the air conditioning on and look out the windows at the same time as there are only screens and rolling metal shades. If you open the shades the cool air goes out the screens. The stove is a gas stove, which is fine, but it is not very powerful and so cooking in it was very time consuming. The hot water did not turn on in the kitchen. The host was very friendly and was attentive when the guests in the next apartment were loud on the last night. Overall, an okay place to stay if you don’t need to really use the kitchen.

Great spot!

If you like smaller towns and a chill beach this is a great spot. (We stayed during the week so it wasn’t busy and most restaurants were closed but we didn’t mind- preferred the calm) The apartment had an easy check in, has parking off the street. The beds were comfortable and having a/c was great. All units worked really well. Lots of extra blankets and towels. There was shampoo/conditioner, lotion, soap, and a blow dryer which was really helpful as we ended up needing all of them at some point. There was 6 of us and we fit very comfortably. We loved having the porch and the rocking chairs, we spend a few hours each morning out watching the water and enjoying the warmth it was lovely. The town is quiet but there is the normal night noise so if you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend ear plugs and you’d be just fine. Walking distance to the beach. It’s nice calm water and next to Annie’s if you want a drink to take with you. It was a great stay if we’re able to come back we’ll try to stay here again for sure.

Loved staying here! It’s a comfortable, low-key apartment right on the beach—literally steps from the sand. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.
