This 3BR/2.5BA (Sleeps 7; 1K, 2S, 1 Bunk Bed, 1 Single Sleeper Sofa) townhome, nestled amidst the iconic live oaks and palmettos of Edisto, promises a tranquil retreat for couples or small families. With a newly updated interior featuring granite countertops and a spacious living area with a large Smart TV, every detail has been carefully considered. Enjoy wildlife views from the back deck overlooking the lagoon, where herons, turtles, and egrets abound. The second floor boasts 2 en-suite bedrooms with flat screen TVs, and a fully enclosed 3rd bedroom, perfect for relaxation.

As part of the Egrets Pointe Townhouses within Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort, your stay includes an array of amenities - from outdoor pools and fitness centers to tennis courts and mini-golf. Nice condo but

Nice property but definitely does not sleep more than 6 very close friends or family members. Must be willing to share beds with your guests. Also not close enough to walk to the beach, had to drive to nearest public beach access. Don’t forget to bring bath soap and bug spray!

Our family of 4 stayed in this rental for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean, well-decorated and well-stocked (coffee filter, salt/pepper, oil, trash bags, dish detergent, etc). I did ask the rental company for more bowls/lids for food storage and a young man had them at my door within the hour. Primary suite bed was comfy and the suite was very spacious with a walk-in closet. The best feature was the water filter which meant we didn't have to drive to the municipal center to fill water jugs for cooking/coffee. My husband caught some fish in the lagoon out back and there was a hose out front for sandy feet. The unit was within walking distance to the Wyndham pool, putt putt and the coffee shop and fitness center. You could also easily walk to the large ponds at the entrance to Wyndham and to the stores across the street from the entrance. I charged my EV on 110 in front of the unit, but there was also an EV charger near the entrance. We were a family of 4 so the unit felt very spacious. Six or 8 (if using the sofa bed) could comfortably stay in this unit. We've been visiting EB for nearly 30 years and we never stay at the same rental, but we'd definitely stay here again. I really hated to leave..something about this unit felt very comfortable and homey.

Property was an amazing location and a perfect size for our family of four, with two adult children. Having the amenities pass is super fun in the summer. We used the putt putt, the gym and the pools many times. They do need to replace the king sheets in the master.
