This lovely and renovated apartment is perfect for a family on vacation.
It is located in the historical British quarter, in Lev Hair (heart of the city) neighborhood.
It has been renovated with noble and high quality materials and decorated with taste: hard wood shelves and furniture, pavement floorings, aluminum framed large windows.
The neighborhood is perfectly located between Rothschild Avenue and Shenkin street and the street is rather quiet.
Parking available under certain conditions*.
**The apartment is on the second floor and the building doesn't have an elevator.
THE SPACE
The living area is large and bright, divided between an open kitchen and a living room. The large windows ensure brightness all day long.
Living room furnished with sofa and armchairs, equipped with a flat screen smart TV.
Fully equipped open kitchen with a large bar which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people on stools.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, full height closet, en suite full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and 2 pull out single beds.
Extra full bathroom with shower.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.

The parking lot is on Hamacabi street 2, less than 500 meters away (a 6-minute walk).
GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION
The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Lev Hair is a mostly small residential and quiet neighborhood nested between Rothschild Avenue, Shenkin Street and Allenby Street. You will see there many old British houses from the time of the mandate which have been renovated for the most part. Out of the neighborhood a few minutes away you’ll enjoy the Rothschild promenade and its kiosks and cafés, Shenkin street for its eateries and designer shops, Allenby for its vibrant night life. The Carmel market is not far either, so are the Kerem Hateimanim neighborhood and the newly hype Gan Hachashmal neighborhood.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses passing on Allenby street and Rothschild Avenue which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv. For more buses, especially out of Tel Aviv, head to the Carmelit terminal, at the end of the Carmel Market.
If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
