Witt's End...Cozy RV with AC and WiFi in Charming Del Rio in the Smoky Mountains
Ever considered living in a bus? Here's your chance to try it out! The Witt's End is an adorable converted shuttle bus, located on Long Creek Haven in Del Rio, TN, which is a gorgeous 4 acre retreat with 1200ft of creek frontage. Long Creek Haven is located in the Smoky Mountains of east Tennessee and the Cherokee National Forest, so outdoor recreation abounds! The Witt's End is parked next to a gorgeous creek! The Witt's End has all of the creature comforts of home, including a kitchenette completely equipped to cook complete meals, a comfy & cozy full-sized sleeping nook, a comfy sofa for relaxing, dining, or working, and a wet bath! The wet bath has a camp bag toilet. The Witt's End also has heating, AC, & WiFi. It does not have a TV. The bus is best suited for a solo guest or a couple, as it is not child proof! Experience a wonderful stay in this superb converted shuttlebus - the perfect home base for your adventures. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay! Guests must remove personal waste from the camp toilet! A $50 fee will be assessed if you do not bag and empty your personal waste into the dumpster!!
Please put the AC thermostat on 80. Please leave the driver's door unlocked! Hang the bus door key on the hook by the door. Thank you!

Guests must respect other guests and the owners! We don't mind alcohol, but drunken behavior will not be tolerated! Quiet time is 11pm to 8am.
DO NOT USE BATH TOWELS FOR PETS! Pet towels are located in the cabinet above the driver's seat! Guests will be charged a fee of $20 per stained towel!
No unauthorized guests! A fee of $10 per additional guest will be assessed upon arrival! Violation-$50 per unauthorized guest!

My husband and I are originally from FL. We retired and moved to the Smoky Mountains of east Tennessee! My husband is a retired ASE master auto technician. I am a retired elementary school teacher. We enjoy traveling and hosting guests at our small private campground, Long Creek Haven! You can find us on Google, FB, Harvest Hosts, Hipcamp, The Dyrt, etc. We enjoy hosting because we love meeting people and hearing their travel stories!

We chose Del Rio, TN because of the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains! Our property is located in the Cherokee National Forest. Long Creek Haven has 1200 ft of creek frontage on Long Creek. The creek is breathtaking! We are located 1 hour from Asheville, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, & Sevierville. The entrance to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is located in Cosby, which is 30 min. away.
