Thank you so much, for your kind words about the home, pool, spa, and location. I’m truly glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I’d also like to share a bit of context regarding the TV experience for future guests. The home is equipped with both Netflix and Peacock, with Peacock providing access to live TV on all televisions. Occasionally, a previous guest may leave their personal account logged in on one of the TVs, which can override access. As soon as I became aware, I immediately sent over our Peacock login details, called and left a voicemail, and followed up with multiple messages to assist. I also offered to send my technician right away to ensure everything was properly set up. I’m always very responsive and proactive when it comes to guest needs, and I make every effort to take care of anything as quickly and smoothly as possible. I’m glad you were still able to enjoy live TV on the outdoor TV that day, and most importantly, that you had a relaxing stay. Thank you again for choosing our home. You were a pleasure to host, and you’re always welcome back anytime.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for staying with us. I’m really happy to hear you enjoyed the home, the layout, and the relaxing atmosphere. I truly appreciate you also letting me know about the few items that needed attention. I take great pride in keeping the house in top shape and address things as quickly and thoroughly as possible, and those items have already been taken care of for future guests. Thank you again for your stay and for the helpful feedback. We’d love to welcome you back anytime.
