The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean, close to downtown Burlington, and had private parking behind the building. Air conditioning, too! Errin made the whole process seamless and smooth, and responded to me within minutes! Would definitely stay here again. Great hostess and property.

This is a cute home and provides exactly what a small family needs. I loved that we had our on parking spot so we weren't forced to search for one. The house was clean and mixes vintage with modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. You could definitely walk into town from here or easily drive to the nearest public parking garage. The host was extremely responsive! Great stay!

Great little house near the center of Burlington. Everything is in walking distance, which is great. We were in the area for a college tour of UVM, and need a dog friendly place for a couple of night. This rental worked out perfectly. The check-in process was super easy and everything was exactly as expected based on the listing.

It's such an easy walk to cool downtown restaurants, stores and a grocery. The hosts were very responsive when we ran into a very minor issue and it got taken care of immediately.

Really loved my stay here, just a couple of blocks from Church Street shops and restaurants, and just down the hill from UVM. Looking forward to staying again

Great little place in a great location!

This place was just as advertised and a good home base for exploring Burlington and UVM! Very comfortable and clean and you can walk everything.

We had a great stay at this home! It was the perfect location – we were easily able to walk around church street while still being in a quieter area. It was very clean and the host was very communicative! We would definitely stay again! Our dog loved it as well.

Charming carriage house - great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The carriage house is really nice. The rooms are all a good size and are comfortably furnished. The beds are also very comfortable and the bedding is good quality. It was very quiet and since is is tucked away off of the street it feels vey peaceful. It is a great location with a great grocery store a short walk away and many restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to reach and the check in and check out were very easy. Overall i highly recommend this lovely place. I would definitely come back!

Quick Overnight Stay

Comfortable home as described. Great for a quick stay. Close to town. The check in process was a little tough as we didn’t receive the check in details via email or the app. I called and they were able to provide them over the phone.

Easy walking distance to church street but in a neighborhood that is mostly student housing.Interior and exterior could use a cleaning.No curtains so you rise very early and no space to hang clothes.Furnishings we're comfortable and we did enjoy being able to walk to church street.

Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen was very nice. The overall cleanliness was pretty good. The property manager was responsive and very nice. The amenities were very good. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high for what we got. Overall a good experience.

We had high expectations but unfortunately things didn't go so well. Start w/the good - it's spacious & conveniently located-quick walk to Church St was great & so was free parking. Sat morning we went to make breakfast & found dirty dishes in the cabinet-They had food & grease stuck on them. We were grossed out and wondered how clean the rest of the place was if someone had put dirty/greasy dishes away. We also found ants in the bed. Not great. We immediately messaged the prop manager. It took her 5 hours to respond & her response was "sorry for the inconvenience" and "I'll talk to the cleaning people". the cleaning fee is 65. So, we felt it reasonable to refund that or part of it, but she refused nor did she reassure us that the rest of the house was clean. In fact, she asked US to do the dirty dishes! As people who VRBO our own property, cleanliness is THE top priority. So we were very taken aback by her response. Later, we ran out of toilet paper (they'd only left a quarter roll). We asked multiple times for more to which she responded if we'd let her know earlier she would have delivered it, as if we were at fault for not checking the TP stock upon arrival. We went to bed without TP. She claimed she left on porch. It wasn't there. Messaged again. Finally arrived. When we pointed out these issues, she claimed she was tired of being harassed. while this spot is in a fab location, the dirty dishes/ants/no TP and, moreso, the prop manager's response require this review

This rental was just as described with no surprises. House was clean and had all necessary amenities. Mattresses were comfortable giving a good nights sleep which was a big plus. Errin communicated well before and during our stay. Also Church street and Lake all within 5 minute walking distance making it very convenient. And nice to have an off street parking spot. Would rent again.
