Brian was very easy to work with. There was an issue the second day with an outlet, I reached out to him, he came that afternoon and fixed the problem!

It’s a lovely little apartment, perfect for what we needed it for. It’s very convenient to walk downtown to restaurants and shops. My concern is the plastic covering the mattress. It got so hot from the plastic and then the sheets slide off the mattress in the night because the plastic is slippery. Very uncomfortable. Also, lighting ( or lack of) the front stairs is dangerous. Barely able to see the stairs and the steps from sidewalk to front walk are uneven and also hard to see.

Thank you for your review. The mattress cover is not plastic, it is water proof for the health and safety of our guests. We have never had a complaint about the mattress cover or the lighting. There are porch lights and street lights.

Amazing Oswego Getaway

Honestly, a prime spot for anyone that wants to be in and nearby the heart and energy of Oswego with all the bars and food! Would 100% stay again here just because of the location and how close it was to everything - all walking distance.

Great location great decor!! Comfortable, plenty of room for us with room to spare. We stayed at another house in Oswego, same owner, last year and loved it. The same was true for this one. Wonderful property owners!

The bed was uncomfortable and had a child proof plastic cover on it. I felt like I was sleeping in a crib. The sheets were old, mismatched and would not stay on the bed. The upstairs tenants were very loud. Not their fault there is no barrier when they run stairs or talk, walk you hear everything. Sleeping was a major isssue.The shower door comes off rails and garbage was stacked beside Adirondack chairs. Some landing on deck.It was very clean and chic as stated just in a ok neighborhood and if you like a cozy bed and quiet sleep this is not the place.

Faith, sorry to hear how disappointed you were. You are the first to say the bed was uncomfortable. There was garbage on the deck? You should have called about your concerns like we ask in the rental agreement. I am sure we could have corrected some of your complaints. I can’t help if you don’t call.

Place was clean and water hot but the noise was not something we were expecting. Each night the people above us came home and woke us up the kept us up. Not to mention the walls are paper thin. We could hear everyone talking. The last morning we were awaken by a screaming match by the people upstairs, shouting profanities at each other.

Great spot for Nine Mile or Fitz outages. Close to both plants and in the middle of town for ease of access to food/grocery.

The unit was clean and decorated nice! It had a good selection of items supplied in the kitchen. The shower has great pressure and a choice of rain shower or hand held! I really liked the low cost per night they offer by you supplying your own hygiene items. I absolutely would recommend and I would stay again!

Oswego State Friends & Family Weekend

We came in to spend the weekend with our college freshman. This place couldn’t have been more perfect. Close to everything, updated and decorated perfectly, and a great place to hang out with our son and his friends. We will be back next year!

Heart of the city apartment

Perfectly renovated charming apartment in middle of town, walking distance to downtown, river walk, marina. Watched sunset over Lake Ontario every night. One bedroom, large closets, huge shower, table for 2, computer desk. All you really need. There are other apartments in the building and can hear overhead tenants walking around.
