The villa is ideally situated just a two-minute walk from the northern end of beautiful Cosón Beach, along a calm north–south stretch of coastline known for its spectacular sunsets. It is also only a five -minute walk from the western end of Playa Bonita—a charming beach where excellent restaurants and beach clubs coexist with tranquil beachfront villas.

The villa features four large bedrooms:

The private pool includes a shallow sitting and relaxation area, as well as a larger, deeper section for swimming and diving. A newly added gazebo overlooking the pool provides a comfortable shaded space for relaxing and entertaining.
