Tiene acceso gratuito a piscinas estilo resort, río lento, zona de juegos acuáticos para niños, sala de juegos, bar tiki, cine, restaurante y bar, parrilla para barbacoa, piscina climatizada, parque acuático, tobogán, área de hamacas, minigolf, cabañas. La comunidad también cuenta con canchas de fútbol, césped artificial y natural, cancha de baloncesto, 2 gimnasios, canchas de voleibol de playa, canchas de tenis, campo de golf, estacionamiento.
