Stunning 4-Bed 4-Bath Home - Prime Location OHare & Downtown <25-min, Free PRKNG

Thanks Rusty! I really do try to communicate the way I’d want a host to if I were the guest: quick replies, clear and thorough info, and staying out of the way unless needed. You were just as easy to work with and communicate to, from booking to check-in and throughout the stay. I’d love to host you again anytime. Just let me know, and I’ll do what I can to make it happen!

Timothy, I was very surprised to read your review, especially given the rapport we developed and how well we communicated both before and during your stay. I provided you with a discount months in advance, allowed you to rebook after cancelling, and accommodated your large SUV by offering extra parking passes. I also responded to every message promptly, often within minutes. Regarding your comments about the beds and appliances, the Nespresso machine is a single-button model. I realize now that the instructions weren’t in the welcome booklet, but since it is less intuitive than other coffee options, I’ll just add them for future guests. The toaster is stored in the kitchen cabinet, and I would’ve been happy to point it out, just as I did when you all asked about the hair dryer. As for the dishes, while I’m shocked that a dirty dish made it to the cabinet, I have already double-checked all kitchenware and shared this with my cleaning team to ensure it won’t happen again. I truly wish you had reached out during your stay, I would’ve immediately addressed any concern. I take pride in my home. Always ask for feedback, and keep improving on it. I’m upfront if/when there are any issues, and resolve any guest concerns promptly. I make sure that I’m attentive in such a way that guests feel cared for. This is who I am, and this is heart of the service I provide. While I’m disappointed by this feedback, I know this is not the experience I’d want any of my guests to walk away with. Delivering high-quality experiences is what I want to be known for.
