The apartment itself was lovely, brand new and well kept. However, communication with the host was horrendous. Despite attempting to contact her multiple times on multiple platforms we had no luck and by our checkin time we still had no information on how to check in. It was only by chance that we found the accounting office with the door open and they were able to reach her immediately after we had both just called and had no answer. This prompted immediate information to be sent through. Along with this, the air conditioner wouldn’t work, and we didn’t receive a reply regarding this until after we had checked out. The wifi had no service as it was a wifi booster, not a wifi box. On top of this the bed made horrendous noise with every slight movement of a body part, including a deep breath that would wake the other person from sleep. I think this apartment has the potential to be marvellous but service and communication must be improved along with these other issues that we raised.
